"Expert divorce support"

A close friend is unfortunately going through a divorce. I had used Rebecca Stewart for my own a number of years ago and reached out to her.

The call today with my friend, who has autism, hearing difficulties and English as a second language, couldn't have been any clearer.

"Absolutely Shocking Service"

I tried three to have the free initial consultation. The first, a member of the teaming to apologise saying they couldn't make the call day could we please reschedule for another day. We did.
The rescheduled meeting time came and went and no one called despite having had a few text exchanges confirming the time and what we would like to discuss. I needed to take time off work to make this appointment which was also wasted. I called after the appointment time had long come and gone - I spoke to someone who apologised, said that this was unusual and we rescheduled for 48 hrs later.
That brings me to today. I have waited patiently for the call. When the phone rang, it rang for two rings before I answered it after which it disconnected. I called the number back immediately and was assured that they would be making the legal team aware and that someone would indeed be calling back.
No one had and now I dont want them to.
If this is the level of service before things have even happened, I can just imagine how shoddy it would be when there is real work to be done.
Have already reached out to alternative options.
