The solicitor I had helping my case was absolutely amazing. Courtney Rooney took really great care of advising me and helping me with every bit of form needed to be completed properly. She made sure I had everything in place and always had my best interest at heart.
A lovely and compassionate person, who always fitted my appointments around my schedule.
The receptionists at the office in Cheltenham also very helpful and welcoming.
So overall a really good solicitors firm.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because although my case was a very easy straight forward divorce case, I found the charges fees to be overly high. And I'm talking about thousands of pounds. So I struggled from that point of view.
But once started I didn't have the energy to shop around.
So yes, a good experience but overly expensive.

Asked for a call unfortunately I missed it and rang back in the 0330 number and the chap I spoke to basically turned around and said they can’t help and that the lady I asked to speak to would tell me the same thing ! All I wanted was a little guidance on how to move forward regarding a divorce . Must unhelpful!!

I chose this firm on the basis of the phone calls where by they promise the world and appear to be helpful and all you could wish for within any legal firm. once you’ve paid them a sum of £5000 assured this would include representation and all they would need to conclude the court date in hand , until they find out it was to be only one court date and not multiple for the impact of the children. You can hear Camilla’s belly rumbling as she reads it they then say representation is no longer included and ask for a large sum again ,give you legal jargon to try blind you !
save you’re time and money, find someone local who can do exactly the same thing but on a more personal level for quarter of the price the only helpful lady within this firm is Christine in accounts who tried to refund me as soon as possible in order to resolve the the dispute . So thank you Christine the rest of these are literally here to drain your bank account . Having seen 50k was paid out along with my own refund it’s clear I’m not the only one to see what these are up too .

I with be disputing the £800 they stole from me to look at paperwork also.

If I could give this firm minus stars I would. Going through a divorce is stressful enough but this is made all the worse by poor and unresponsive service and a rushed approach that tried to fit you into a ‘cookie cutter’ solution rather than taking the time to understand your circumstances. If only the legal service was as diligent as their accounts team is fast as producing large invoices and chasing payment. Several of the legal outputs and documents produced were of poor quality and contained basic errors. Don’t be tempted by their glossy marketing - go elsewhere!
