I've been using my grounding sheet for a few weeks now and I love it. It's super soft, easy to care, it comes with a long cord and outlet tester to ensure proper grounding. I've noticed that my dog really like to lay on it also.

Edit: Changed from one start to four because they resolved the issue. I haven't used the sheet yet because I was waiting for a response. I will change the review after trying the sheet for a while.

I wanted to purchase ONE sheet, and when I got to the payment screen, a pop-up offered another sheet for a discount. I did not want or need it. I did not see a check box or anything, so I closed the pop-up, and the payment screen returned. I had to go through the steps again because all of my information had disappeared. After I clicked the confirm button, the following screen showed two sheets purchased!

I immediately tried to cancel the order but could not find a way to do so. I went to my email, found the order confirmation, and responded to cancel ONE sheet literally 3 minutes after the purchase. I called the phone number on the website, but no one answered. This was on Nov 29th. I have the emails to prove it.

I didn't get an email response back from them for 2 days, and they said it was too late to cancel because the items had been shipped.

They said I could return the extra sheet but would have to pay for shipping. No way! I was tricked into getting a second sheet, and I wanted to cancel it immediately but could not.

The website states verbatim: “We have a 90-day risk-free return policy, which means you can return your order for any reason during the 90 days after delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at support @ groundingofficial.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.”

Nowhere does it say I would be responsible for the cost of returning the product, and they want me to send it to: Äußere Weberstr. 57 Postal Code & City: 02763 Zittau Country: Germany

Do you know how much it will cost to ship from the USA to Germany? $170 to $186 USD

If I can't get a full refund with the return label, I will dispute this with my credit card company as a bait-and-switch that promises returns and then stops responding to emails.

"Cold symptoms more manageable "

I purchased the bedding sheet and it came in the day I started to catch a cold. After sleeping on the grounding sheet, I felt very relaxed and my cold symptoms seemed more manageable. The usual 7 day head cold was the easiest I've ever dealt with and the only difference was adding the bedding sheet! I noticed my back pain is a lot better and I'm sleeping at least 6 hours straight without having to get up to use the bathroom which use to be every 2 hours! I was skeptical, but now I believe it is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I keep a diary of all the things I'm noticing improved, and the biggest one was this head cold. I highly recommend trying these products!

My order was confirmed on the 9th of December and since the 10th the tracking says that the package is on the way. It is already the 16th, and there has been no update. On the website it says shipping to Europe 2-4 days. There has been no communication for any delay or anything. I only ordered because i was conceived to believe that the product will arrive before the holidays, since it is a present. Also I was conceived since the site claims to send the product from Germany, but the tracking is from China.
Another lie:
"We ship from warehouses located in the US, Australia, Hong Kong and Germany. Please note that some items may be out of stock in the US or Australian warehouse, in which case we will ship your item from the Hong Kong warehouse.", since i live in germany, the item should come from there. This disclaimer does not say anything about if the item is not available in germany, we will send it from china.
Also, now that the package is coming from China, i will have to pay customs, which i did not expect. If it ever arrives.
