"I purchased 2 grounding sheets"

I have EDITED my review as the company has reached out to me and have REFUNDED
me the amount for the 2 items purchased. I am not a person who does reviews let alone bad once’s. But it seemed like this was the only way to get a response, which I did. I do appreciate the quick response and refund after my review was posted. I would have given 5 stars if the product worked for me and if I didn’t have to go through these channels to get a response (after a couple months of trying to reconnect through emails).

I purchased 2 grounding sheets. 1 for me and if it worked well 1 for my Mother who is battling Cancer right now. I received the sheets and used 1 on my bed for 1 month straight. There was absolutely no change to my sleep quality or body aches. When I purchased these sheets the website stated that there was a 90 day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. So after 1 month I reached out to the company and a return address was sent to me. I spent $90CND to send my 2 sheets back. I have a handful of correspondence with this company about needing a refund as the product didn’t do what it claimed it would do. Went to my post office to see what the tracking from the package said as I hadn’t heard back from Grounding Official. It showed that it had been delivered days after I had sent it out. I emailed a picture (of the date) to the company stating that the package was there for them to receive it. (This was end of January/25-send out around Christmas) This week I got my package back in the mail (unopened) with a sticker stating REFUSED!! So that means this company that I’ve been in correspondence with had REFUSED my package (that I spent $90CND to send back) and has now NOT REFUNDED ME the money for a product that didn’t do what it said it would. I AM SOO DISAPPOINTED by this awful outcome. And I’ve been emailing since middle of January with NO RESPONSES. I would NEVER purchase from this company again and I would NEVER recommend them. Feels like a big SCAM to me to be honest. All I wanted was the relief they were promoting and all I’ve gotten is frustration and a negative bank account. Very Disappointed

Wish I would’ve read these reviews before buying.
I saw they had a return policy thinking I could try it without worry since there were so many options online. Tried it and want to return it. First they wanted a picture, fine, sent. Then they sent me a German address for return despite shipment received from New York. The website says they’ll send a label but they said I need to send them the delivery confirmation number. Apparently it’ll cost me $170 + (usps price, ups was more) to return a $90 sheet. This is ridiculous and a scam if I’ve ever seen one. Wasn’t going to post negative since it didn’t work for me but since the company is obviously not truly accepting returns, the negative is them. The sheet obviously works for some but did nothing for me and my husband (except felt like I static shocked everything).

Update- they’re emailing me about the return which I appreciate.

I could not use the sheet because both outlets in my bedroom have an open ground. Grounding Official was quick to respond to my questions until I asked for a refund.

I'm in Canada, and the shipment came from the U.S., however, the return is to be sent to Germany and a tracking number is required. Cheapest return is $63.50.

"This sheet has helped me sleep longer…"

This sheet has helped me sleep longer and more deeply often more than 4-5 hours at a time. It feels like sleeping on a cloud, warm and comforting and I wake up feeling refreshed every morning. It's also helped ease some of my aches and pains, which has been a huge bonus a I'm not getting any younger. While it hasn't completely eliminated all my issues, it's significantly reduced stress and inflammation in my body.

"Poor Quality & Frustrating Return Process"

I was excited to try this grounding sheet, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected. One of the snaps where the grounding wire connects was missing, which may have affected its functionality. Even when using one of the functional snaps, I didn’t experience the benefits I had hoped for.

When I contacted customer service about returning the item under their 90-day policy, it took them several days to respond. When they finally did, they said I had to pay to ship it back to Germany—even though it was originally sent from California. I asked for a prepaid shipping label but never got a response. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I’m still waiting on the outcome. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless they step up their quality control and make returns easier.

So I ordered my grounding sheet about month ago, it cam within 5 days and ever since then it's been absolutely amazing. I first heard about the sheets maybe 4-5 months ago when I was scrolling through things to help me sleep better, came across this and now I'm here. Before it I think I tried almost everything, sleeping pills, medication, blue light lenses you name it, but nothing really helped me. Now I pretty much sleep full 7-8 hours uninterrupted through night.

Not one to write negative reviews but had to do this to inform others not to make same mistake as i did. Grounding Official have been dishonest about their policy regarding returns and refunds. I bought the fitted bed sheet and King size Pillowcase on the 5th of January 2025 but immediately asked to cancel my order a few hours after purchase as i found it cheaper on a separate site. I was told the order was already in transit and couldn't be cancelled even though the order shipped 2 days after. I received the order on the 22nd of January which was 17 days after purchase. (I then asked for a return label and return info . No label was provided which means i had to pay £15.00 to return the item to them. I then sent them the tracking number of the returned item as requested. The item was delivered on the 5th of February, but this wasn't acknowledged by Grounding Official. I contacted them to raise the issue and i was told by a John CS that they have emailed their management team to raise the issue with them and will contact me later. I am still waiting for a confirmation of my refund as of writing this (11/02/2025). I have emailed daily to ask when I'd get my refund but to no avail. Please please, if you're looking to buy and try a product from them, then do not bother if you have the intention of returning the item should it not fit your requirement. The hassle is really stressful, never had anything like it.

I needed to replace the grounding wire that plugs onto my fitted bedsheet, as my Kitten had been chewing on it & left it in 4 pieces. I enquired about it on the website & they were very prompt with a reply & emailed me a direct link to purchase a new one. I was very happy with the fast & friendly service.

They are very slow to ship and no communication. They send a tracking number but it’s not one you can actually track. They don’t answer the phone and ask you to leave a message but still do not respond. If you send an email they reply with an automated message

i was extremely skeptical about grounding sheets. i worried they'd feel weird or be noticeable on my bed, but honestly, i can't even tell it's there it's just as comfy as my regular sheets. but here's the real surprise after about 4 weeks of using it, the arthritis pain in my legs and hands has been steadily decreasing. i'm not 100% pain free yet but the improvement is real and i'm hopeful it'll keep getting better. don't knock it till you've experienced it!
