"False Marketing Practices"

Grounding Official is guilty of marketing fraud. They promised a 90-day risk free timeframe for the king size earthing bed sheet that I purchased on 12/24/2024. Their website states the following exactly: "We have a 90-day risk-free return policy, which means you can return your order for any reason during the 90 days after delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at supportatgroundingofficial.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package." (For some reason, Trust Pilot doesn't allow one to enter an email address)
In any event, on 1/17/2025, having received no benefit from the product, I requested a refund at the company's contact email. After numerous attempts, someone finally indicated that I could ship the product to Germany. So, I sent them a message asking for the "return shipping label" per the language on their website. They have refused to provide the label although I have followed up many times and showed them copies of their policy. I also have a screen print of the policy.
I wrote a negative review on their website but it never got posted. No surprise there. It looks like they don't post the reviews regarding their deceptive marketing practices but fortunately Trust Pilot does.

I called and called I wrote to customer service and once I disputed the credit card charge then they called and said no problem and they gave me the process to email them. I emailed and then they sent an address to Germany to return them??? The Sheets cost me $89 and the shipping would be $90. I have repeatedly asked for a US domestic address to return to or if I can use the Denver, CO address where they came from. No response. I have called 3 more times and emailed 2 more times. It is easy to give a 100% guarantee when you know it is not cost affective to post the package to Germany??? The saddest as they are suppose to "Ground" us for healing and they are the opposite. It is 100% fraud - charge you for something that doesn't work and then no way to return it to them!! You get 100% of absolutely nothing. DO NOT BUY

I've always loved grounding, in the summer, you'll rarely catch me with shoes on. But living in a colder state with snowy winters, I only get a few good months a year to stay connected with the earth. I bought this grounding sheet to help me through the harsh winter months and I must say, I wasn't sure it would work, but it's been a game-changer. It's helped me stay grounded even when I can't be outside barefoot. Now, even when the summer rolls around, I'll keep using it for that extra 9 hours of grounding each night. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I order a king size sheet in November/24. iIt was delivered in about 2.5 weeks. Followed all instructions for first time use and used it for 3 weeks. No benefits whatsoever. For me at least it was a total waste money.
I contacted the oompahy for return and they suggested I continue to use it for several more weeks. I stated I wanted to return it now for a complete refund as per their stated policy. They agreed and sent me a return address to a GERMAN address. I asked if I could return it to the address on their label which was Mississauga, Ontario. They said no that their company is in Germany. I returned the sheet to Germany in the original packaging, reinforced, with a tracking number for 90$ Ca.
Three weeks later I began emailing them. They have now gone silent. Last I checked the tracking it stated the package was not excepted and it is now on its way back to Canada.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered my king size fitted grounding sheet on 12.01, but unfortunately, it got lost in transit. I was a little disappointed, but the customer service team quickly reached out to explain the situation and apologized sincerely. They took full responsibility and sent out a replacement right away, which I just received. I'm so impressed with ow they handled everything, it wasn't even their fault, but they went above and beyond to make it right. The sheet itself is amazing!!!! and now I'm even happier knowing I'm supporting a company with such great service. Five stars all around!

I've been dealing with achy joints and stiffness for yeas, especially in the mornings. I saw Earthing documentary and it said it can help with inflammations, so I figured why not? After abaout a month of using it I've noticed a real difference. My joints don't feel as stiff when I wake up and I feel more agile.
