"My order from Jan 23rd never shipped and I'm not getting any response from the company..."

Ordered a grounding sheet on January 23rd, 2025, and as of February 3rd, the order hasn't even shipped according to their website tracking system. I have sent multiple emails requesting updates on my order with no response, yet continue to receive promotional emails from the company asking me to make additional purchases.
The lack of communication is especially concerning given that this is not a small purchase. I find it unprofessional that customer service completely ignores order status inquiries while the marketing department continues to send sales emails.
I'm posting this review in hopes of getting a response about my order status, as this seems to be the only channel where the company responds to customers. Order number: 159925
If there are shipping delays, I would understand - but there needs to be communication about this. At this point, I'm considering disputing the charge with my credit card company due to non-delivery and lack of response.

"Mixed feelings"

We purchased this for our elderly parents. It did not help them so we emailed them asking to return it for refund. Their policy says they will send a shipping label for returns but instead they told us we had to mail it back to Germany. Not impressed with that and I emailed them to complain. To their credit they emailed the next day and said they have refunded our purchase. Glad they did the right thing in the end.

"I heard about this sheet from a friend…"

I heard about this sheet from a friend who said it gave her life back after years of dealing with constant back pain. I was curious but still skeptical. After reading more reviews, I decided to try it and I have to agree with the claims. It has made a such an impact on my health, thank you whoever invented this thing!

I'm a little more amazed everyday I think. It's only been 5nihhts and I felt better after 1. I'm sitting in my recliner at this moment without my usual back support and am comfortable. Most of my achiness is gone

"Love, my grounding sheet "

This is my second time purchasing. The first time it was a few years ago and I purchased the fitted queen sheet, this time I purchased the sheet that you just put over your own sheets. The reason I did that is because I wanted to put my own sheets on the bed. I got bored of the gray all the time. This time ordering it took a little longer to arrive to me due to our Canadian mail strike but Grace and John put my mind at ease that it was on its way. I love this product. It made a world of difference when I first started using it and now I just like maintaining the grounding effect. I highly recommend this company and wish them the best in their continued success.

"They Say They Have a Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, but It is Essentially a No Refunds Practice"

Just don’t buy from them with the expectation of being able to return your sheets. The money you pay for these sheets is gone forever once you complete your initial transaction, regardless of any potential situation. From reviews I’ve read, they’ll either make you pay an exorbitant amount to ship them overseas OR, in my case, they simply won’t provide the refund even after the returned sheets have been marked as delivered. So basically, I paid for sheets, they got the sheets back, and they stole my money. See timeline of very responsive, yet neverending resolution by their “CS” team.

April 22, 2024: purchase
May 28: requested a return label; immediate reply encouraging me to try them out for the full money back guarantee period
July 7: Requested a return label
July 9: Reply from GS confirming I wanted a return label
July 11: GS notified me they’d requested a return label from the shipping dept.
July 17: Asked when I would be sent a return label
July 19: Provided the return label
July 26: Shipping confirmation marked as delivered to GS
August 30: I asked when I would be refunded
September 4: Replied that they had notified accounting and management departments of the refund necessary
October 22: I inquired about the missing refund
October 27: I was notified they had escalated the matter to management
January 3: I inquired about the missing refund
January 3: I CALLED GS - no answer, did not leave a message
January 6: I received a CALL from GS asking why I called. Explained the situation. She assured me the issue would be escalated to finance/management same day and refund would be processed.
January 7: I CALLED GS again, no answer. I left a message asking about the promise of my refund. My call was never returned.
January 12: I was notified that they are experiencing a system issue that has delayed the processing of some refunds; they requested my PayPal account information to process refund
January 12: I told them I did not pay with PayPal, but provided my username anyway
January 12: They thanked me for providing my information and again asked for my PayPal account information
January 13: I asked them to specify what “account information” they need.
January 14: They notified me that they’d informed the shipping team of my concern; asked me to be patient while they resolve the issue
January 15: I wrote another long email of complaint, explaining how patient I’ve been through nine months of awaiting a return; and asking how many levels of seniority they have after my refund request has been “escalated” countless times.
January 16: GS notified me that since the order was so old, they could only issue the refund through PayPal and asked for permission to issue refund through PayPal
January 16: I gave permission for them to issue refund through PayPal
January 18: They replied asking for my PayPal information for the fourth time
January 19: I replied asking what information they need, as I’d already sent it
January 20: They thanked me for providing the information and told me they are actively processing the refund and will let me know once the process is complete.
January 22: I asked when the refund would be processed
January 22: They asked for my PayPal account information for the FOURTH time
January 23: I provided my PayPal account information (username and name associated with the account) for the third time
January 24: GS told me they’d forwarded my information the the finance team for review.

I think it’s safe to say at this point that are just putting me through an endless bot loop of dodging a refund.

REVIEW UPDATE: provided me a full refund right after replying to my review.

"RETURN POLICY IS NOT TRUE"

I tried to return the sheet as per the website policy and they are refusing to send me a shipping label. They keep copy and pasting info from previous emails and refuse to honor their return policy.
It has been a horrendous experience.
I was going to re-order as all that is wrong is I ordered the wrong size. But I will never deal with them again. It has been emails back and forth and no reconciliation or effort on their part to fix this.

"I received a mat from a high school…"

I received a mat from a high school friend. When I first put my feet on it body memory flashed me back to childhood when we played barefoot outside. It was interesting because if I were to guess I would have thought the cellular memory would have jumped back to high school when we camped and lifeguarded all summer. She said her mat helped her and since my son has a similar problem, I just bought the sheet for him. I’m looking forward to healthier days ahead for us all!

"I've been using a single size grounding…"

I've been using a single size grounding sheet every night for a few weeks. I'm not sure how quickly it works to help with sleep, but I have noticed some improvement. I make sure to sleep directly on top of the sheet for skin contact. So far, it seems promising!
