I placed an order, but decided to cancel the next day. The product was not shipped, so a return wasn't even necessary. For some reason, my refund wasn't automatically processed with the cancellation like all other honest companies do. When I realized this several months later, I reached out and was assured it would be taken care of after management reviewed. However, after 6 months and many emails and phone calls, they still haven't provided a refund. I've been very patient and actually believed them when they said they would make it right, but it really feels like they just hope you'll go away. This should be something very easy to verify and fix, but they refuse to do so.
