"Horrible customer service"

I have written multiple emails to return my unopened product and they do not respond. They have a short return window and their refusal to respond will force me to keep the product. Still not refunded after their January response.

I've been using the grounding sheet for a few days now, and I'm impressed. From the first use, I felt a pleasant tingling sensation followed by deep relaxation. It's improved my sleep, eased my back pain, relaxed my muscles and even helped me process negative emotions. I wake up refreshed, energized and ready for the day.

I got recommended this by a friend who said it really helped with her Crohn's and I decided to finally give it a try after years of earthing outdoors. I don't regret it for a second, my sleep has improved so much, I wake up feeling truly rested. I also had a muscular issue that persisted for two years, even with constant physio and after a few months of using this sheet the pain is completely gone. I believe that's no coincidence. Some may doubt it works, but you won't know until you try. I highly recommend it to family and friends!

"That the earthing sheets work "

It took nearly two months for the product to get to me which I thought they could do better I did email them for an update and they replied and stated the product has already been shipped you will have to wait for the carrier to deliver.
Overall I’ve used the sheets for a week and I no longer feel any pain in my wrist that I had for several years and when I wake up I feel energised. These sheets are definitely worth the price 10/10 very happy customer.

Terrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever received for any product. If you ask for a refund they will give you the run around and never refunded my card. My card had to be replaced and they said there is nothing they can do. 3 months after I initially asked for a refund of $58. If I could give them zero stars I would

BUYER BEWARE⛔️⛔️⛔️: Update!!

It’s been nearly a month since my last review of this complete sham of a company. They do a great job trying to appear as though they truly care in the comments, but they don’t have the slightest bit of integrity. I’ve called and emailed for an update on my return, but no answer or reply. But clearly they aren’t too awful busy, because they have plenty of time to respond to these bad reviews. In fact they have requested my bad reviews be taken down. I had to provide proof that I’m an actual customer in order for my reviews to stay up on this website. So where is my refund I wonder? They said they tried to refund my money, but were unable to do so because of an issue with my credit card company. LIES!!! I called my credit card company and there hasn’t been an attempt to refund, nor an issue that wouldn’t allow one to come through. They are full of lies and excuses. I still have the stupid sheets!! How about this, instead of responding to this review Grounding Official with another lousy lie infused reply, CALL ME BACK!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

"Zero customer service"

Placed an order for 3 grounding sheets and got an email saying it was dispatched on 30th December. We have since emailed three times and called numerous times to try to find out what's happened to our order as the tracking information is not working. No one has replyied to our emails and when I call no one picks up. We bought from grounding official due to the great reviews, but so far my experience of their customer service is unacceptable. Seems like I'll get a quicker response from the team if I review them here so posting so that others are aware. If no one responds again I will be getting in touch with my credit card company to get my money back. (Order ref 156276)
