I returned everything I ordered 46 days ago and they still haven’t refunded me.

Update:
It’s now been 61 days, without a refund.

The reason why I returned is that besides it not working and shocking me, it is made in CHINA. I wrote customer service before buying to check on where it was made and was assured it was made in Germany. Then I received my package and it was shipped straight from China. I was told I could return for a full refund and they refuse to give me the refund.

Update: It’s now been 78 days and still no refund.

Update: it’s now been 3 full months since they’ve received my return and yet I still have no refund. Every time I contact them, I’m told they’re working on it. I would never recommend this company.

Update: It’s been 104 days and I still haven’t received a refund. They keep apologizing for any inconvenience and asking for my kind understanding. I don’t understand why it takes a company 105 days to refund money.
