Having to write a second review after failed attempts at a reply from customer service bought the Sloane corner sofa and arm chair roughly 8 weeks ago one of the arms on the chair has dropped inside corner sofa one arm also has made a cracking sound with very little pressure used to get up of the sofa corner sofa had also made a cracking sound when my 12 year old daughter sat on it did get one reply asking for photos tried to explain that the sofa is black you can’t see the damage but can feel the dip when you run your hand over the affected arms haven’t heard back since poor quality sofa poorly made lovely to look at but overall cheap quality for the £1400 and odd price paid for it …..if someone would like to contact me back from customer service to resolve the issues I would be grateful thanks

After ordering what i thought was going to be the tech 8 sofa from another supplier and then they turn up trying to fob me off with something that was nothing like it as you can expect i was very disappointed. I didnt accept the sofa and had another look around and found furniture online stocked the tech 8 so i gave it another try and the whole service was second to none, they dropped the correct sofa off in as new condition in the room I requested too.

Ordered a corner sofa. Quality of it was good. It was delivered quick especially ordering just before Christmas. I would recommend this company.

Was kept up to date with delivery time, as there had been a cancellation they checked to make sure it could be delivered earlier than expected.
Product arrived without assembly instructions, however I sent a quick message and a youtube video was sent through showing what needed to be done.
