Ordered my new sofa from these on the 19th January and it was delivered the 28th January, absolutely amazing service great communication throughout etc and really good prices , had a little snag on delivery but there customer service team rectified the issue straight away would definitely recommend this company to anyone !!

I found the sofa I wanted on this website and when checking delivery it stated they didn't deliver to my area but contacted them and arranged to have it delivered to me helped through the ordering process to make sure it was done correctly and kept up to date with order numbers etc

Couch was nothing like described, smaller and filled with cheap foam.... Propped it up myself and within 18months it's unusable. Messaged to ask if can buy new cushions or fillers and ignored. Same when originally bought, didn't give the feet and had to chase for it.

Avoid like the plague, buy cheap, sell cheap and it's nothing like described

Excellent customer service, and kept up to date with any deliveries or delays, ordered sofas and bedroom furniture from them, lovely pieces that's arrived and easy to assemble, can't fault the company itself, would highly recommend and reuse to buy furniture, but after the delivery company damaged my sofa on delivery Rachel was quick to arrange a replacement unfortunately the wrong size turned up, still in talks with them over a replacement of the correct sofa being delivered or a discount on the damaged sofa and will repair on our end, please get back to me asap with a option thanks.
