Absolutely fantastic company with good quality furniture! I was a but weary about ordering from a sight I saw adverts on Facebook, but was absolutely desperate for a new sofa. Never did i imagine i could have a luxury sofa on a budget! The sofa it's self is super comfortable, great quality material and everything's you could want. The customer service team was friendly always kept me updated and delivery was quick! Can not recommend enough.

"Communication hasn't been great…"

Communication hasn't been great unfortunately, I ordered the sofa on 24th January and this was marked as 'ready to ship' from that same afternoon however it is now 7th February and I am still waiting for this to be delivered. I have now emailed with no response , messaged on what's app and told to email? Finally managed to get through to a nice customer service lady on the phone who has told me there is now a delay with the sofa which wont be delivered until week of 17th. Now been asked to review my purchase?

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The service was great, quick and felixable delivery. When building the couch we could find a part, messaged the company and had a reply within 5 minutes explaining where to find it. Would definitely use them again.

Ordered a corner sofa a month ago and was told it would be 5 days delivery. Rang several times to ask where the sofa is and been given continuous excuses and delays. Still sat here without a sofa and more lies about delivery days. Highly recommend not ordering from here if you actually want to receive what you order.
