"Customer services lie on emails"

We ordered a sofa from this company which online stated it would be delivered in 5 working days. I emailed to ask what had happened as it had been around 7 working days now, they replied saying it would be leaving there warehouse in next few days, waited 3 days, still nothing, emailed again and they said THE SAME THING AGAIN, so I gave them benefit of the doubt and waited 3 more days, still nothing so I rang and they told me they had delays and the sofa wasn’t at there warehouse yet and they guarantee it would be picked up by courier on the week commencing 3rd Feb and would be delivered in same week. So the emails they sent were lies which is frustrating as I would have just like to be told the truth instead of lies. So 4th Feb the sofa was picked up by courier and the courier delivered next day which was great. So nearly 3 weeks later, after being told 5 working days, we finally have our sofa and it came all ok and is very nice overall and we are happy with it, just not happy with there customer service as I was told lies multiple times.

Quality of the product is good, looks as good in the living room as it did in the pictures online. Easy to assemble, comfortable recliner. Turn around from order to delivery, less than a week. Good communication on delivery process.
