Absolutely love my new sofa it's so comfortable and we love having movie nights on the pull out bed. Iv given 4 stars because of lack of communication with delivery dates and waiting 3 weeks for delivery when they said 5 days. Other than that I'm very happy.

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. There was an initial problem with the original suite that I ordered. However, as soon as Furniture Direct Online was made aware of this issue this was promptly communicated to me.
Absolutely over the moon with the alternative suite, which was delivered within five days.

"The sofa was delivered with no holes for screwing the feet"

The sofa was delivered with no holes to screw the feet. I reached out to them several times about it and they refused to help me all they said is just screw it in or buy an electric screw driver and use that. I done all of that but it still didn't work. Then I even brought a drill to try and create a hole for the screw... that didn't work. I asked them to come pick up their sofa and they said I should show them the issue before they can arrange it. That's where I'm at with them currently. The quality isn't even that great. I'm in 2 places about it because I've returned a sofa already and I've been looking for sofas for a long time. This is a nightmare

Really pleased with our sofa. Ordered on the Sunday and delivered the following Monday. Was dubious at first as not able to travel to sit on it to try it out but need not have worried. Communications excellent and also provided extra customer photos so be able to finalise my decision. Also managed to get £25 off first order, so including the delivery, was cheaper than just the sofa price at DFS. Our sofa even has optional mood lighting underneath which is great! Very easy to put together and I was able to do it on my own, even at 26 weeks pregnant! Very simple, very easy, wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. Many thanks!
