I bought my original couch but it came damaged and wasnt right so contacted Rachel and we quickly resolved the situation and managed to get a new couch aorted ordered and sent out

I bought a L shaped sofa for £899 in April 2023. Within 9 months one of the main seams on the right section had began to split. I'm a seamstress and I can tell you that the fabric used to make these sofas is not the right weight or durability for upholstery! It had shredded at the seam as not enough fabric had been left at the reverse of it when sewn up. It also hadn't been adequately reinforced to withstand being sat on repeatedly.

After 6 weeks of nagging this company they eventually replaced that section. It is now 9 months later, and exactly the same thing has happened again, to the replaced section! This time however the company are COMPLETELY ignoring any messages or emails I send, refusing to speak to me on the phone and have blocked me via ebay messaging (I purchased via their ebay shop).

I am now having to go through citizens advice, and my credit card company to try to get this sorted. If that fails I'll be going through the small claims courts.

For context - there are 2 of us living in my house and the sofa is only lightly used as I am at work all day!!

A sofa should last more than 9 months without splitting at the seams!

Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this company!!!

I ordered a corner sofa in May 2024 an had a problem with it, spoke to Rachel who said she will get a new sofa out to me. I'll be changing my review when I receive my new sofa to 5*. Still waiting on my new sofa to be delivered!!!

Received my new sofa on the 13th of February but its a silvery/grey colour instead of truffle 🤦‍♀️.

Received sofa but was missing 2 controls for the heat and massage functions so unable to use these functions spent £2000 to not be able to use sofa properly contacted customer service who said controls will be sent out that was a month ago you have 7 days to deliver controls or take sofa back

Still waiting on these 10 days since you said it will be sent urgently next step will be taking legal action as Ive been waiting months for this
