"Fast, reliable and reasonably priced service"

This was at least the 3rd time that we have used this company - they have fixed a cooker, a dishwasher and now our washing machine. Shane is very responsive, comes when he says he will which is usually quite quickly (next day for us), and fixes whatever needs fixing without any drama. Costs are reasonable and clear. Definitely a good find and we do keep going back.

Excellent service. Problem with my Bosch dishwasher quickly identified. The heater motor had to be replaced and once part had arrived the repair was carried out quickly and efficiently. Glad to note new part guaranteed for 12 months, which gives me confidence. Kitchen was left spotlessly clean afterwards. Very pleased and shall certainly use Repair My Appliance again whenever need arises.

"My 10 year old Bosch dishwasher had an anti-flood problem"

My 10 year old Bosch dishwasher was continually running the drain pump. Shane, the RepairMyAppliance engineer, diagnosed a faulty motor seal kit causing the anti-flood protection to operate as water was leaking into the machine base causing the drain pump to run.
We decided to use a reconditioned motor and seal kit and Shane returned to repair the dishwasher when the seal kit arrived.
The machine was returned to service within an hour and we were very pleased with the tidiness of the work.

We had a fantastic experience with the company, especially the nice gentleman Shane who came and resolved our issues. We were having problems with our Hotpoint washing machine and it was concluded that it would be more cost effective to get a new washing machine. Shane kindly offered to get the new machine for us, install it and take the old one. This made our lives much easier and he gave us advice and tips for any future warning signs. Everything was done with much efficiency and we couldn’t be more happy that we called this company to help in our time of need. Thank you very much, highly recommend their service :-)
