I can highly recommend Shane at Repair My Appliance. I called him out to fix a washer/dryer which had caused an electrical fault and it turned out it needed a new heating element. Shane was there the next morning and was very quickly able to identify the problem and replace the part for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use his service again.

I would recommend Shane for his quick and prompt service. I called him in when my oven stopped working and he came round 2 days later. Unfortunately the oven was too expensive to repair so I purchased a new one. Shane came in the same day the oven was delivered to install it. Shane provided an exceptional service! The oven is working brilliantly. The fact that the oven could be repaired by Shane has saved me the hassle of having to replace it and in return was far more cost-effective than buying a new one.

Before I called Shane... I was very seriously considering buying a new replacement as mine is already 20 years old. So glad that I chose not to and did not need to spend money unnecessarily.

I'm very impressed with Shane and his company. I asked for a quote online at 10pm, received an email the next morning just after 7am and Shane kindly juggled his schedule to be with me in the morning as I had a hospital appt later. He was here by 10.30am. He had all the parts he needed to fix the fridge/freezer door with him. No mess, he cleaned up after himself - I'm very happy with this service.
