"Product Issue With a Rather Positive Resolution"
I had issues with the chair backrest just randomly collapsing and dropping to its lowest point.
Fortunately, I bought it on Amazon!
I wrote a product review, and an Eureka employee said I should contact them directly.
Which I did, 6 days ago. No response so far.
Luckily, I contacted Amazon and showed them the same video proof I had sent Eureka, and they instantly refunded me.
After a long while and a back and forth with a support person that person hat contacted me over Amazon, I was provided with a brand new chair that cost 2x of the initial chair that I bought.
It a shame a shame that I had to go down like this, but it shows that the company still employs people who genuinely care about their customers.

I bought their desk and the chair. everything arrived on time. My chair did come with a few tears on the fabric but as soon as I contacted support they were fast to resolve my problem. Great products and great support

So far I've had no issues with contacting support. I've gotten replacement parts and screws for my desk with no issues. Support responds quickly and is very helpful.

Terrible so far. I paid over 1,300 dollars for a standing desk. I have received no legs for the desk. Customer service is lying at this point saying it is on its way but weather delays. I have received 10 packages - no weather issues. 5 unreturned call. Beyond terrible.
