"Sourced a used cx5 Mazda through auto…"
Sourced a used cx5 Mazda through auto trader at pentagon lincon. Agreed a deal, delivery and paid a holding deposit. In the meantime the price increased and the sales person Stephen Green who agreed the sale with me pretty much ghosted me refusing to return my calls or emails. I believe they sold the car out from underneath me to someone else. Even the complaints team have failed to respond to me. Absolute shocking company to deal with!

"Purchased a used car from Pentagon"
Purchased a used car from Pentagon, Barnsley. The customer service I received was exceptional.
Nothing was too much bother.
Many thanks to Darren Roe for taking me through the review and buying process.
I received a follow up telephone call a few days after geeting my Mokka X. I noted there the handbook was missing. Darren has assured me he will order & send me a replacement.
I would not hesitate from using Pentagon Barnsley again. Well done Darren.

Very disappointing .Purchased at…warrington
Very disappointing .Purchased at transit connect reg MJ69YMO from Pentagon Warrington . for £16794 and advertised at done 61000miles . I asked sales man james lee about it , Mot was done on the 19 nov 2022 miles 61434 i check on dvla site and it said Front and Rear brake pads wearing thin so i asked about that he said the brakes will be done and service . So was going to deliver van to me on weds 4th jan broken down on way so cannot deliver have to sort problem out . So on friday 6 jan van delivered to me . When get to me he said the adblue light on so wants filling up should of been done on service ,looks at service book in van not been stamp or filled in last service done 31/1/22 miles 46997 just about 1 year ago , sale man said must of forgot to fill in .The key fob battery light was also on dash saying replace key battery soon .I so POINT out to him that mileage on the van display was 63431 miles not what was advertised 61000 and on the invoice of sales he said it was a misprint ,i said that not very good for sales . We had the van in garage workshop and ALL the brakes worn out done another 2000 miles when advised on mot ,service not done not been looked at , so change brakes ,all filters, oil, filled adblue, aircon regas was low on gas, key batterys .Cost in parts to put right £486.98 also sent pictures of worn out parts and cost of replacement parts to Pentagon and 5 weeks have pasted and not heared anything , So be aware of Pentagon very very disappointing if i could i would give NO STAR .

"Purchased a car via part exchange in…"
Purchased a car via part exchange in November the vehicle apparently had full service history - never shown as it's online and vehicles no longer come with a stamped service book. Fast forward to January and the vehicle is now showing an inspection due i.e. service. I called a friend who is in the trade and a VAG specialist who pulled the entire service history for the vehicle and the car hasn't had a major service (including the Haldex fluid change, break fluid change and possibly the DSG fluid change) which it should have done prior to being sold as the vehicle was registered in 2019 (coming up to 4 years old) and the car was approaching 40k miles. All that has been carried out is an oil service prior to the car being on the forecourt and a SEAT used vehicle prep. I called up the Huddersfield branch and have been fobbed off numerous times, emailed numerous times and no response apart from we will look in to this for you and I still haven't had a response back.
In short be very weary purchasing a vehicle from these guys not great at all and I would class them as cow boys. Quick to sell but customer service and aftersales is crap to be blunt and most likely a reflection of the management at the dealership.

"Tested an unsafe car"
We went in to purchase a car, after a LONG conversation with a sales person we was told a car had just come in and we could take a test drive. We did we liked the car but when we got back I noticed front left tyre was bald as in no grip at all. I questioned the sales person they said it would get changed to a new tyre but the sales person missed my point that how did that pass the pre sales check and why did seat allow us to go out with an illegal tyre what if we crashed due to poor safety checks! We purchased a car from elsewhere!

Go to any other car garage apart from a pentagon owned garage.. Awful service but worst of all I over heard a homophobic joke come from what I assumed was the office. Then roars of laughter!

"Read the reviews before you go.."
We went in to purchase an almost new car but quickly realised this dealership was below standards, Rude manager (Adam). Seems like a lucky escape after reading the reviews. Ended up buying from cupra Stockport.
