"Stay away at all costs."
Stay away! I had works done at Pentagon cleared under warranty by the car dealer but now Pentagon group are threatening me with court action. Absolutely inhumane experience with bodyshop at Pentagon.
Please save yourselves the stress and use another dealer, buy the same car.........just not from Pentagon. Its a shame it won't let me upload the documents to prove this is happening.

"First Class Service"
Over the course of the last few months, we have had the help of Harvey Canham who has sourced a car for 2 direct family members (one used, one brand new & on order) and today another completed sale for myself. All I had to do was advise of what I would like and within hours, he had found the perfect car, brought it for a test drive and completed all the administration.
From start to finish, Harvey will meet you with nothing but customer excellence. His attention to detail and professionalism is second to none, and without asking, will go above and beyond.
It’s very clear that Harvey is passionate about what he does and no surprise that he’s at the top of his game.
This young man is an asset to the Barnsley branch and deserves the upmost recognition for all that he does.
* First Class Service
* Outstanding Pre and Post care
We will 100% return to Pentagon to do business with Harvey again.
Thank you!

"Dreadfully arrogant"
Went into the Sheffield site today only to be treated like s**** by the arrogant salesman who’s incredibly bad attitude typified Pentagon dealerships. Was told they didn’t have a vehicle to look at (EV6) “because the manager likes it so drives it himself and doesn’t work weekends” !!! Was then told “if I were serious I could order one and might get it in March”. Arrogant and up his own a*** beyond all belief. Certainly won’t be looking at Kia again that’s for sure.

"Avoid St Helens Servicing Department"
This is a review of the SERVICE department at St Helens, not the SALES team (I previously wrote a 5 star review but had to delete it to write this one). I cannot fault Stuart Williams in Used Sales, he has tried his best to resolve our issues with the service team. However, I'm writing this review to discourage people from using the service department at St Helens. Please also see previous Google reviews by other customers of the service department at St Helens Ford, in particular Steve. They have made up faults on my partners car, then they weren't highlighted on subsequent health checks. When it was brought in to be checked this time for low water, a notification was received that it required oil (it had been topped up the day before), a charge of £24 was incurred. No other fault found and despite receiving an email that this was a complimentary health check we were advised that a £90 charge would be made as 'no fault was found'. We brought it to the main dealership as a warranty was taken out in addition to the standard 12 months. We were NEVER told of any potential costs prior to booking the car in for this inspection. I have since made our issues known to the Service Manager, Regional Service Manager and Dealer Principal, no one has been in touch with us to discuss our grievances. We have cancelled both our service plan agreements with Ford as we no longer have any faith in the integrity or honesty of the Service team.

"THE WORST EVER GARAGE EXPERIENCE"
THE WORST EVER GARAGE EXPERIENCE! NEVER EVER USE IT.
Sheffield Pentagon has been repairing our car after the car accident for FOUR months, being chased by myself every month and extending the "fixing" deadline further and further every few weeks. They never contacted me back on the planned "repair day"; I could never get hold of them via phone, spent hours and hours calling their repair team, and ended up with nothing. They never aswered my emails. All you can do is get in touch with another department that cannot assist you with your inquiry.
We have asked them to change the number plate before the car MOT after the car repair, and they have not done it. Plus, they have not repaired the car properly: they left the wheel-arch on the nearside broken, resulting in an MOT failure, and tried to return the vehicle to us this way, charging for the MOT failure!
I would love to underline that they failed the MOT because the wheel caught the wheel-arch on the nearside (which they failed to repair) and the number plate we requested to be swapped (which they failed to exchange). On top of all that exclusive experience with them, they charged us:
- for the MOT, our vehicle failed due to their negligent and unprofessional repairing service attitude;
- the car delivery service as they failed the MOT and the car could not be driven back.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE FOR ANY SERVICE AS THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE QUALITY REPAIRING AND CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES.

"Bad Experience Yet Again"
Yet again in my hapless saga with Pentagon Chillwell my air-conditioning has failed yet again. Originally this was supposed to have been fixed at the service I have already complained about. It went back and they searched for leaks but couldn't find anything but tightened a few things up and regassed it. It failed again a couple of days ago. I rang them but they couldn't fit me in till the 23rd May. Because I am going on holiday soon this was no good. Unfortunately the manager was away but the person I was dealing with accussed me of wanting to cancel other people's appointments. I never said that at all and was just asking if there was anything else they could do like book it into a other garage that could fit me in. Actually there are other Pentagon branches near me but the service man was very unhelpful. I have since complained to David White, the regional manager but have heard nothing.

"Brutal - sold an absolute dog of a car"
Brutal. Bought a 65 plate Ford Focus, delivered to Scotland. It came with 1mm rear brake discs (had just been MOT’d by them, aye right.)
Then I noticed a very strange feeling in the car, like the steering had a mind of it’s own (confirmed by 3 others, friends and family) so I put it in for an RAC full inspection at a garage and they confirmed brakes were required and it had a loose drop link, whilst the garage paid for these works they didnt pay for the inspection? How that works I do not know because how am I supposed to know the faults, especially the steering.
So, the steering, the garage did state they felt it and checked tyre balances which were out (these were 4 brand new tyres from the dealer by the way) so they rebalanced them but it didnt help much at all. After a few days, bearing in mind this is 1 week into owning the car, the warning light came on to check tyres……low and behold all were down to about 22, 28, 29 & 30, so i put them up and 1 week later down again.
By now, with the fact these tyres have been poorly fitted due to constant pressure drops, and the very odd steering and noticeably that the car cannot hold the road at all (we had slid out twice in 2 weeks and once was at 20mph) I decided to take the hit and buy 4 new tyres. Continental at £105 each from kwik fit.
The outcome……..the car holds the road and doesn’t have a mind of its own any more, yet to be fully determined with very wet roads.
Unreal. Turns out the tyres fitted were absolute cheap budget tyres. A disgrace selling a car with tyres which are just not fit for use. Obviously Im not going to get anything back from them for this so aint even going to bother trying.
Unfortunately this garage falls into the category of taking a trade in, doing the absolute minimum at cost to safety and selling to a family with 3 kids and thinks that’s acceptable.
Well I can assure you, its not! Over £500 out of pocket in 2 weeks because I give a hoot about my familys safety.
Hope you are proud to be a car dealer and can sleep at night knowing youve sold an absolute dog to someone!

"poor service"
Very poor service, asked for a 30k service informed it would be £271 to include all filters and sparks and oil change, if engine flush required then £317.
Picked the car up no oil change and remarks on service was breaks low, like what the hell does that mean?
Had the situation sorted, but sadly had to fight for the service I paid for.
