"inaccurate pricing"

Companies should not be allowed to get away with this.
Saw a car for sale on auto trader and ebay for £8194., wanted to buy, after half a dozen telephone calls was unable to buy car. Supposedly a pricing error, car was removed (still shown, on ebay) claiming they never added vat. said car was around £9800 surely these companies must be penalised for violation of price.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience! My car should be being repaired through my insurance. It's been 5 weeks and I still don't have my car back, they're now saying it could be at least another 2 weeks staff are incredibly rude. I'd leave zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

"Mark - Top man in customer service!"

Mark at customer service couldn't do enough to help me get replacement wheel nuts. He arranged them to get ordered in, as I only finish work later on when the 'parts team' are going home. He had them ready the next day and even went them extra mile and put them all on my wheels for me in the rain. Top guy and couldn't recommend the him and the team at Ford any more!

"Very helpful in a crisis"

Danny at this garage was very helpful when my "keyless" car key fell down a deep drain, when I was 200 miles away from home with no access to the spare, he explained all the options I had and ultimately put me in contact with a local locksmith who resolved the issue for me - thanks Danny

"Rude and obnoxious staff"

We are not very impressed with the service we have received. The lady we spoke to over the phone was rude and obnoxious. Not only that, but she told us to look in our service manual with regards the frequency of oil changes and there was nothing of the sort she told us about. We even looked on the Pentagon website to verify what the adviser told us and there was no such information. I don’t think that anybody who is rude and obnoxious should be dealing with customers. In addition, giving customers the wrong information doesn’t make them want to come back to your dealership. We called again to raise a complaint and were told that someone would contact us. After a week, nobody has contacted us. Very poor service. Considering going elsewhere as we have multiple vehicles that need regularly servicing and wouldn’t want to get that kind of treatment every time

"Reserved a mini countryman"

Reserved a mini countryman late on Sunday 26th March at the advertised price of £15,172. As I went through the online process of reservation it stated I would be contacted shortly by the retailer. However it is the end of the next day and no contact. I have noticed that the car that I reserved has gone up in price to £17,357, an additional £2,185 in price. I have just noticed an email from Louise at the Dutton on Trent branch stating the price was wrong and if I want a refund I should contact her. I was coming down from Aberdeen to Burton on Trent and paying cash, absolutely shocking treatment.
Update Tuesday 28th March; I spoke with the sales manager Mark Richardson who told me there was a computer error with the price. I told him I’ve been watching the car on eBay for a while at this price and he then said you’ll know it was at a higher price previously then. He admitted the car was reduced and because I wanted to buy it he put the price back up. It is still at the low price on eBay which I told him. What a bunch of crooks they are. They should be ashamed of themselves and not be allowed to trade as a business. Check out all their bad reviews and the robot replies.

"Took my car for service in February …"

Took my car for service in February for service
But my car has not been the same since
Too much oil in engine fuel injectors haven't been cleaned
Had to take car to diesel garage
Also say I needed brake pads &discs
But nothing wrong also say have no back indicators also wrong
They need to retrain the technicians

"Dreadful customer service from the service team"

Dreadful customer service from the reception team at Lincoln.
Had my car booked in for work under warranty, cancelled first appointment as technician was apparently ill. Booked in 3 weeks later, they decide to call me when I'm already in the car park as had to travel 40 minutes to get here, to tell me the technician has covid! There seems to be a lot wrong with this guy? Surely if he had covid they knew well in advance that he wouldn't be in work. The young guy at the desk had no sympathy for the fact I had just driven 40mins for nothing (not to mention the waste of petrol) his reply was "we can't help people being ill"! No. But you could have let me know before I travelled. Disgusting service.

"Great service"

What a great experience at the Vauxhall pentagon VIP event at Lincoln! I only came in just to have a look around at the cars. I was greeted Paul one of the salesman, We had a thorough conversation about a selection of cars . I chose a car I liked and secured it after a long think I went back on the Sunday with my dad and son and shook Paul hand and did the deal . When I came to collecting the car Paul went out of his way and came in on his day off to personally hand the keys over to me. The car was in excellent condition thoroughly cleaned and came out looking brand new. When driving home the car is very smooth to drive and very quite . This is my second car from pentagon and will highly recommend the excellent service and the excellent cars they have in stock thanks again Paul for going out of your way to make me feel welcome

"Bought the first car in October 22 had…"

Bought the first car in October 22 had it 2 days before it faulted. They had it 2 months to try fix it. In the end I rejected the car. Like a fool instead of getting my money back I decided to get a replacement from them, Peugeot 2008 4 years old with 21 k on the clock. I had to take it back to have the shocker top bearing replaced and the stop start not working. They did the shocker top bearing no problem but what they didn’t do was re track the car which as resulted in 2 scrubbed tyre to the tune of nearly £300 plus tracking. To ad insult to injury a week after the stop start packed in again. There technicians are total crap. Not a very good customer experience. I wouldn’t buy fresh air off these people and definitely won’t be taking my car there for any repairs.
