"8 months and counting waiting for a part"

I ordered a barrel lock from Seat Pentagon in Chilwell in November last year (2022) and was told 'it should be ready in around 21 days, probably less'.
8 months later and I'm still waiting for it. I've lost count of the amount of times I chased this up. Sam from the dealership promised to follow this up and update me once a week. Which he did. For a while. The last I heard from Sam was in May. No one ever answers when you try and get through to the parts team, but funnily enough there's always someone there to answer when you select to speak to sales.
I've tried calling customer services, only to be put through to the wrong department and just end up going round in circles, explaining myself over and over again.
I've emailed customer services twice, and am yet to receive any kind of acknowledgement or reply.
I'm at my absolute wits end with it. They clearly don't give a monkeys once they've got your money. It's completely put me off buying a SEAT ever again.

"Ordered my new motabilty car 3rd of jan…"

Ordered my new motabilty car 3rd of jan 2023 its now the 12th july 2023 no date or nothing not even a build date. When emailing either the main dealership or motabitly lady NICOLA no one can be bothered to email you back . They try the excuse about the delays but how many 2023 plate cars i see on the road every day and vauxhall have problems. The excuses are theres no chips . No transporter lorrys o and covid over 3 years out of date :(

"I now have full trust in Ford again after using Pentagon Warrington"

Caroline and Dave at Pentagon Ford Warrington have provided fantastic customer service and gone above and beyond to resolve my issue, other branches fobbed me of. If anyone is buying an MSRT please buy from this branch their other care is second to none. Thanks guys need more people in the world like you.

"Excessive charging ?"

Arrived for a service booked online on the Ford website and was told that they would not honour the price as they charged more.
Also asked them to rectify a cautionary 'handbrake malfunction service required' on a hanbrake. This cost me over £600 for investigations and fitting of electric handbrake switch.which I feel is excessive.

"check the prices before you buy"

Ihave just had a quote for a new mokka 136 gs in red, it cost £28,400 from pentagon Sheffield and 30 miles down the road it costs £25,600, that's a £2,800 saving. so i bought my mokka from Worksop and got free delivery a month ago.EDIT TO REPLY WOW!.... OK I WILL GIVE YOU 5 STARS FOR OVERCHARGING.

"Very dispointed in Lincolns customer service"

I recently tried to purchase a car at pentagon Lincoln on their motability scheme. I ordered on 3rd Feb 23 and we got to the end of June and I had had little to no contact from them and I felt like I was chasing my tail trying to find out when the car would arrive. After calling them for 4 days in a row and being told someone would ring me back to discuss said car I felt like I was left with no other option but to cancel the order of the car. Well that got their attention. I am so glad I did not exchange any money with this company in the purchase of a car. Very disappointed in their customer service

"Brilliant Experience!!"

Brought a new car today from this company. I was offered a great price, along with added warranty and delivery extras. First time buying a car myself and it couldn’t have been easier, Ryan dealt with everything for me he was great! Spoke to him on Monday and had a new car on my drive by Thursday!

I also spoke to Peter when Ryan was off, again very professional, sorted out my V5 and taxing the car. Car was just as expected, and delivered all the way to Milton Keynes for me.

Brilliant company, thank you guys!

Spent 16k on a car and the after sales is shocking. Can’t contact anybody to even book the car in for them to look at it let alone anybody taking responsibility. Salesman said it’s just one of those things.

"My car was taken into derby branch…"

My car was taken into derby branch bodyshop, they did an excellent job and can not fault the work..... however...... they damaged the handbrake button and is no longer functional. Gave them a call and you guessed it they didn't bother to call me back as promised. An absolute joke.
My 1st Vauxhall and definitely my last.
