"Pentagon Derby Body Shop - Worst customer experience I have ever had with car repairs"

Simply the worst experience I have ever had when using an insurance company approved automotive body shop. Little or no communication over several weeks, very arrogant and aggressive body shop staff … just a terrible company to deal with. Ultimately, not a great repair either at the end of this very poor experience.

"Pentagon breached Consumer Rights Act"

I recently took Pentagon Motor Group to Court as they breached the Consumer Rights Act. When purchasing a vehicle from Pentagon Daybrook, there was an issue with a tyre that I highlighted and Pentagon promised to fix. Unfortunately Pentagon didn't fix it, they merely inflated the tyre pressure. Despite escalating this issue to Board level at Pentagon, they refused to rectify it.

At Court, the Judge ruled in my favour, awarding significant damages and confirmed Pentagon Motor Group breached the Consumer Rights Act.

Pentagon had plenty of opportunities to rectify this without going to Court. It just shows what kind of organisation this is; they don't put customers first nor do they understand their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act.

I don't understand how such a company can be allowed to operate. Extremely poor experience overall. I also took out extended warranty cover with them, and on close inspection, it appears it warrants further legal action.

If you're planning to spend your hard earned money on a vehicle, please reconsider purchasing from this organisation.

Visited Pentagon Lincoln to replace a broken rear light, staff were polite , helpful and courteous, replacement done with no fuss
