"Awful Expensive Experience"
Needed a service, £200, main dealer price so fair enough. 4 year old car bought from new with only 11k miles. Early January had a engine fault warning light. Booked it in for service and a £99 diagnostics test for warning light at the Loughborough service centre. Earliest they could do a month later. After diagnostics was told the car had 38 historic fault codes and it had overloaded the memory of the car so produced the warning. They deleted the faults and on the technicians test drive no faults recurred. Asked for details of the 38 fault codes and was told they were "copyrighted" info. So for my £99 the faults were deleted but I wasn't told what the faults related to. Ania the person I dealt with was hard to reason with and just made illogical excuses to why they didn't know what was wrong with my car. Avoid this dealership please. They really come across as just people who change oil and know nothing else.

"AVOID"
AVOID! Not honest people! I put a deposit on the car test drove it jusy before they closed and went away to think about it while the branch was closed on a sunday. I called on the monday morning and spoke to the salesman over the phone done the deal got the numbers and called my finance company. I was called an hour later to see if I still want the car I told them clearly yes and if you want more money to keep you happy I can I was told no no no it's ok. The finance company called them to pay out and they called me back to tell me the dealership sold the car to someone else. I wasn't happy they let me mark my credit file and still had the car for sale. After doing some digging the sales manager Mike sold the car to someone else and delivered it within a few hours. My wife called Mike to see why he has done this and insulted her over the phone.
Very unprofessional i would avoid this place. Not very honest!
The complaint was filed and wasn't taken further no one responds.

"Not even worth one star"
Not even worth one star! We booked our son's car in to have a problem with the brakes repaired. We were told there would be a mandatory diagnosis session, which would cost £99. When this was complete, the diagnosis was along the lines of: 'there is something wrong with the brakes'. This is what we told them when we booked it in and, apparently they thought that statement was worth £99. We authorised the repair and went through numerous occasions of being told that it wouldn't be ready on the dates agreed and on two occasions: 'it's not even been started yet'. Apparently they didn't have enough mechanics for the job, even though they accepted the work, knowing how many mechanics they would need. No courtesy car was offered, even after we asked. and my son had no transport over a considerable period for his travel to work. No-one at Pentagon appeared bothered about this. It was eventually repaired and all is well now. However, during the off-road period, we told Pentagon that we wanted to make an official complaint. Pentagon gave us a number for Ford Customer Services, which we used. After all the repairs were complete, we discovered an amount of £18.33 on our phone bill for this call, which turned out to be a Premium Rate number. Neither Pentagon nor Ford told us it was a Premium Rate number. I requested a refund but Ford have refused (with no reason). Particularly irritating as a large amount of the call time was used in dealing with Ford's own internal admin - plus it appears that we have to pay these people to complain about their terrible service.

"Bad experience"
Hi guys. Very poor communication and customer care from St Helen’s Pentagon Ford service department and virtually impossible to contact by phone.Approx 54 days to replace clutch in Ford Kuga, numerous false promises made about completion date. Had a service plan that I will cancel and go elsewhere, very expensive costs and no loyalty. Will try to charge top dollar for everything, beware.

"MA68 BKK - DO NOT BUY"
MA68 BKK - DO NOT BUY - MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THIS CAR INCLUDING GEARBOX AND ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT SYSTEM - paid £15,395 for this car in July at Mansfield dealer and returned it in December due to the several issues that they failed to fix. They gave me £2k less than I paid for it yet are selling for £15,295 still. Returned it with over 25k miles on the clock yet their website reports the car as having done only 22k miles so they are fiddling with the clock. SCAM MERCHANTS DO NOT PURCHASE!

"Professional and friendly service"
We purchased our nearly new 208 gt from Pentagon Scunthorpe just before Christmas. We live in Kent which is 200 miles away so it wasn’t feasible to see the car before buying so the process required a leap of faith. This is where Jamie came in. He provided an accurate description of the car’s condition together with a video. No pushy sales talk- which I liked and he always phoned when he said he would and in fact took much of the anxiety out of this long distance transaction which also included a part exchange. We are really pleased with our new car. Thanks Jamie.

"I can't give zero star so had to leave…"
I can't give zero star so had to leave one. We were sent to Pentagon by are insurance not by our choice. They have had are car for over five weeks when you look at the app it said it will be completed on 24th December then we got a phone call saying it will be January. The app then changed from 87% to 26% This is the worst place and service I have ever come across and don't think much of the insurance either Dial Direct. I don't want an answer saying you will pass this on to a manager I want my complaint to go to a mechanic,

"Complimentary Vehicle Health Check"
Complimentary Vehicle Health Check - Very clear communication and excellent service, vehicle was given a free health check as I had bought it from an independent dealer and wanted SEAT assurance. Car checked and washed in under an hour. Thank You

"Awaiting completion of work"
I have managed to get a response from Barnsley eventually. I will update review further once everything finalised.
Please avoid at all cost!!!! After sales are non existent complete ignorants! Bought a 2021 Peugeot 2008 from Darren the car was delivered with a scuff on the bumper and I was required to get some estimates for the repair. In addition the infotainment system screen went completely blank in the car after two days of use. Since then I’m unable to reach anyone, they ignore my emails and I’m being constantly transferred from sales to voicemail. Not a service you expect from a main dealership.

"Dodgey car sold"
I brought my first car from here on PCP it was brilliant but only 6 months old, it had a few product recalls but when tested it was safe. So with this positive experience in mind I part exchanged my Ibiza for my current Leon on HP. BIG BIG mistake, I only had the car a few days and it was making a noise so called them back and they was less than helpful. After days of arguing with them and demanding my old car back as it was within the 14 days cooling of period they finally agreed to pay for the car to be fixed. At the same time the gear indicator was telling me I was in the wrong gear I thought nothing of it. 6 months later the problem get's significant worse and turns out it was the clutch slipping and I need a new clutch. Again I rang seat and explained I was not happy I haven't had the car a year and had two major faults. The clutch isn't covered under the 3 year extended warranty however I explained that that's unfair since I've had the car 6 months. Phoned seat to be sent through 4 different people turns out they wanted me to pay £400 for a SEAT ONLY garage to take the clutch apart and see if it was my fault. I thought this was shady and asked if it could be a independent garage. For one my car wouldn't make it to seat garage with a slipped clutch. I decided to pay privately for a new clutch as they couldn't fit me in until January anyway and I relied on the car for work and nursery runs. I spoke with the garage who fitted the new clutch and it's the worse wear and tear he had seen and it has been slipping a while. Very very disappointed
