"Purchased used car without a test…"

Purchased used car without a test drive,wanted too return it under 14 day guarantee,that's when you see the change of the nice salesman taking your money too getting spoken too like a idiot over the phone,and making it difficult too return the car ended up part exchanging someone else

"Incorrectly Registered Vehicle"

My new Seat Ibiza was incorrectly registered. The registration plate put onto the car differs from the registration number given to the DVLA. This came to my attention when I was stopped by Police and the car was impounded. This has lead to potential prosecution for having an illegal motor vehicle, 6 points on my driving licence and untold stress and anxiety.
The level of incompetence shown by the branch is staggering to say the least.

"Stay away…poor service and messers!!!"

Wow wish I had looked at the rating before I contacted pentagon Barnsley! As the rating suggest appalling service. As a customer I should not have to be chasing and chasing to purchase a car, the sales team should be trying to actually sell cars! Made contact on the Wednesday heard nothing back until the Sunday despite numerous times trying to contact Nissan Barnsley. Messed about from the start. So they can stick the car where the sun doesn’t shine! If sales are this bad at customer service it would make me worry if I had any issues further down the line…. Stay away from this dealership!!

"Price Rise"

Well, having shown interest in a vehicle advertised on their website. I decided to contact them to make a deposit vis email.
Salesman contacted myself to say the vehicle was now going to cost £4000k more.
The conversation ending with the word ending in off
Would not recommend
And anyway, far too many 2nd hand cars out there to worry about these type of dealerships

"Zero!"

I can't give zero stars because that's all the service at the Pentagon body repair garage in Warrington is worth. Tragic customer service, I have been waiting for the car to be repaired for 3 months and this is not the end. The date of completion of the repair has been changed 5 times. Why post meaningless false dates. There is no progress in the work on replacing only two body parts!

"Very Rude Staff"

Absolute shocking experience at Chadderton Way in Oldham. I booked my car in for a waiting MOT and service to be told on the day by an extremely rude lady called Shelley that I was no longer a waiter and had to pick the vehicle up later in the day. I explained that I had a meeting to get to and needed my car by dinner. Her reply was 'Not my problem'.
This has been booked in for over a week, so there was plenty of time to tell me that to many waiters had been booked in, instead she left it until the day.
Instead, I took my car elsewhere and got it serviced and MOT before dinner and it was a hell of a lot cheaper too. I will never use this place again especially if all the staff are as rude as her and she is supposedly the manager so I was told when asked to speak to one - a great role model!!!

Edit: thanks for the reply, but I won’t be contacting this company as I won’t be using them again. I only came to write this review as I need to get my car serviced again and realised I hadn’t left my feedback on how poor the service was that I received and why I won’t be returning.

"Great customer service though out the…"

Great customer service though out the whole experience of purchasing my car. Steve was not pushy at all when viewing the car he was extremely helpful in correcting the bodywork issues and paint chips to make my car perfection and keeping us informed though out with videos which was extremely helpful. I was buzzing to collect my car as it was all coved up in the main showroom for a grand revile. I would definitely recommend steve as you car sales man i couldn’t of wished for a better experience .Sarah brogan.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. All the guys at the Chadderton way branch have been amazing with our vehicle purchase but both Ben and Jason have been fantastic. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Before yesterday I hated going into dealerships for fear of being ripped off and mithered but these guys have restored my faith and I would 100% come back to them again. Well done guys and thanks again

You can’t give zero stars so I have had to leave 1 but even that is too many. My mums car is in the Warrington branch and it has been there for almost 3 months ! We haven’t had an actual reason why and she also hasn’t had a courtesy car. She’s a disabled dude who is stuck in her home constantly and can’t get to any of her appointments unless I take time off work to take her. We have asked them time and time again can she hire a car and invoice them but we just keep getting told there is nothing they can do and there is never a manager available. Her car has been sent there through her insurance. They have pushed the date back 5 times and still no car. Avoid this company !!

"I have recently had my Renault Clio…"

I have recently had my Renault Clio serviced at Pentagon Rochdale. The whole experience was absolutely perfect. The service reception team Darren and June ensured I was fully updated about the Service process. I required two new front tyres and tracking I was quoted a price which was fair when I got the bill it was lower. I have dealt with Pentagon Rochdale for a good while and always found my dealings to be great on both the Sales side with Barry Grant the other sales team are brilliant too. And service always amazing
