Delivery arrived on time as planned with plenty of notice, delivery men very helpful. Bed is great, very pleased.

Ordered two items together but they came separately and the chat help was not very helpful when trying to gauge when the second part of my order would arrive. The items ordered were both acceptable although not easy to put together

I had a missed delivery and Bed Kings are insisting I pay £50 before they will arrange another delivery. This is for part of my order the other part seems to have just disappeared and I can't get an answer from the company

Terrible. Avoid at all cost. I spent over £1500 with this company and regret it. Furniture was delivered damaged. It took 6 weeks for them to replace and I still have a damaged unit which they promised would fix but still waiting for repair. An absolute disgrace.

Good website with wide range of furniture for home.
Delivery wasn’t as stated on website, had to chase with calls & emails a few times. With little to no replies, Arrived about 4 weeks later than expected. Was about a week away from actually requesting a refund through my Amex credit card.
Courier was good rang ahead ect, happily carried the heavy items upstairs.
Quality is as you would expect with budget furniture, flat packed exposed screw ends. Doesn’t feel particularly sturdy. Was expecting the small drawers to be pre made.
