Delivery has not arrived after 2 weeks (supposed to be 2-5 days). Support are slow to respond and vague at best. Disappointing experience.

"We found this company challenging"

We ordered the bed on 12th October 2023 it finally arrived 6th December . Despite a promise of 3/4 weeks delivery. The bed although damaged on delivery has lived up to expectations and is as described but cheaply made. The mattresses are comfortable. How ever the company failed to provide adequate and consistent communication with regard to the delivery. It required many emails and phone calls always dealt with by staff who were polite but failed to call back when they promised to do so and had different versions of where the bed was. This led us to have little confidence in Bed Kings. The damage on delivery was a disappointment and we have been unable to reach a satisfactory agreement for compensation. We have settled on a new base promised in the middle of January.
This is an update we have just received the promised new base (14.02.2024) but I was disappointed that it was only a partial replacement new base as both parts were marked. The delivery was a month later than initially indicated. It was delivered at 6.20 am! We were left to assemble it and therefore unable to check for damage, fortunately it is undamaged.
This whole experience has been painful, time consuming and from a consumer’s perspective unsatisfactory. Based on my experience I would not recommend buying from BedKings

Very very disappointed with this company. Placed order with them on 20th November to be told items would be delivered within 10 working days. Fast forward 2 weeks call company to be told items would not be in stock until week of 18th December but would still be delivered prior to Christmas yip you’ve guessed. Called today to be told they might be here after New Year but can’t tell me date until next week… pathetic
