Delivery/assembly team were friendly and very helpfull. They call half an hour before they arrived. Driver(M.Ravf) and his colleague were very polite and respectful of our house. They asked us where we wanted the furniture positioning and put it all in place for us.
Only reason not to give 5 stars is long delivery time, even custumer service always politely answer to my calls and emails.

Good product, however the delivery company was not at all up to spec' they did not pick up when they should have and did not let me know the delivery date util the last minute. Not a fault of Bed Kings, although I think they should pass this problem onto the relevant company, as I have seen others with a similar problem.
