"Now over two weeks past delivery date…"

Now over two weeks past delivery date and still no products, shocking. Would not use again.

The item I ordered on 1st of month was supposedly in stock with delivery in 5-7 days. I was then told it was pending delivery presumably to a warehouse. When it arrived there I was told the courier was collecting and would call to agree delivery. The courier contacted me 4 days ago to say they had it. Now I have to wait for them to send me a delivery date. It is over 2 weeks since ordering. If I try to follow any of this up I get what has become the standard message from Covid. “we have a high level of calls to deal with…”. I would have ordered elsewhere for quicker delivery.

Furniture still not arrived, been waiting weeks, communication is none existent, I chased 3 times and no one can tell me when my furniture is going to arrive an no one calls me back. Terrible service and terrible consumer experience, I wish I bought somewhere else

Avoid this company at all costs they take your money and turn up with bad quality products then when you explain to them the situation and your problems they proceed to threaten you and turn up at your address bad communication bad business

I purchased the luxury guest trundle bed with pocket spring mattresses and zipper to join the two together.
The colour of the bed was different to what I thought it would be. A different shade and much less vibrant. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on. The trundle slides in/ out easily once the feet are adjusted correctly.
Putting the trundle up and down is effortful but manageable by one person.
Joining the zipper to create a super king mattress is not that straightforward- especially if you want to join both top and bottom zippers. Also the super king sheet I had is too small for the bed which is annoying.
With the beds joined, the middle of the bed is dippy if you sleep in the middle rather than on one of the mattresses.
The actual bed is also quite a bit longer than the trundle, meaning there are approx 10cm at one end not covered by mattress.
The bed itself is very high, which I don’t mind but some would struggle with.
Would I buy it again? Probably, but only because I haven’t found anything better out there.
Delivery was very straight forward.
