"Lancaster bedroom set"

We bought the Lancaster bedroom set for £388 and we’re just really unhappy with the overall quality of the furniture for the price we paid. I asked if I could return the full set because we’re so unhappy with it, I really don’t want it in my house but they said nothing could be done once the furniture is built.
I feel like I’m stuck with 5 pieces of furniture that we really don’t want and got no help from the customer service at all.
The quality is so bad, unsteady, very easily marked you can mark it with your fingernail is so bad. We had the cream which is dull in colour and the wardrobe is the worst, the doors don’t shut properly and it moves when you touched/open and close it.

Bed Kings were Great from Start to Finish the sales and after sales were excellent and knowledgeable and the delivery team who assembled the units were fantastic they were very polite and helpful and kept us informed of delivery time and assembled the units quickly but correctly 5 Star Servive would highly recommend them

"Unfortunately I bought the product with…"

Unfortunately I bought the product with misinformation. The item stated in stock to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Within this period I did not receive a shipment email. By the end of the 3rd week I received an email which read: ‘we’ve not forgotten about you, we still aim to deliver your item in the time specified. The delivery window had already lapsed and I had not been contacted to inform me of any delays. I reached out to Bedkings and enquired about my product and to clarify the cause of delay. I received an email from the customer team letting me know that when I ordered the product it actually wasn’t in stock and the 2-3 week delivery time was actually a time scale for the product to be delivered to the company, not me. I was assured that when the product arrived at the warehouse I would receive confirmation. The date came, and went and again I had to contact to find if the product had arrived at the warehouse. Another few days went by and the item was collected from the warehouse by the courier. Now totalling a month since ordering. The courier emailed to confirm a delivery slot and time had to be confirmed by myself, as they would not ‘just turn up to drop off’ the email from the courier stated they would be in touch to arrange this. Any failed deliveries Would incur a further charge!!!!! A further two days and I receive a text, the courier will be in touch within 48hours. It’s almost 5 weeks since my original order and I still don’t have my purchase! I have had to contact the company for updates/delays. The information when originally purchasing was incorrect I was not notified at all the item wasn’t in stock. The service has been really really poor. Very little apology, and no attempt to satisfy customer needs in the slightest. Furniture is expensive and a purchase that a lot of people don’t take lightly. The least that can be done is to advertise the correct status of stock and keep the customer informed! I’ve been chasing a product for 5 weeks I still don’t have.
