"First time ordering from Bed Kings and…"

First time ordering from Bed Kings and I wouldn’t order from them again. I ordered some living room furniture with an estimated delivery time of 5-6 weeks. They arrived around 7 weeks later and part of the order was missing! I received no correspondence from Bed Kings just the delivery company who told me they couldn’t deliver part of the order as it wasn’t in stock when they collected. I had no idea where it was or why it hadn’t been delivered. I contacted Bed Kings and the rest of my furniture came a few days later which I can’t fault but it was very frustrating considering how much we paid. If ordering from them I would just be mindful that you won’t have speedy delivery.

I purchased a Clearance bed, which I was initially a bit worried about. Spoke to a very helpful guy on the phone who clarified the reason for the reduced price. Happy with my bed!

Unfortunately, the courier lost my order only delivered part of the order. I was unable to make up the bed so I cannot comment on the item. However the customer service I received whist the item was being located was fantastic. I was kept up to date. Unfortunately the item was never found and I was offered a full refund and the part order was collected promptly.

Pillows came extremely smelly and the smell didn’t go away after a professional bedding cleaning.

the product looks great in our bedroom. the men that came to deliver it were so good and polite that i could not find and kings and your y faults with there appearance. and there workmanship was brilliant. they worked in tandem with each other and never left any mess when finished.
i would recommend bed kings to anybody needing furniture from you. well done to your driver and his mate. thank you mr&mrs COSHELL

"Would of been 5 star like the last time…"

Would of been 5 star like the last time we ordered. The difference this tme unfortunately, which may have been out of there control was the delivery. Bed kings delivered the first time and was great. Helpful, on time and kept us updated on delivery. This time we had yodel which wasn't too bad,and also parcelforce,which was terrible and stressful with no updates and we then had to go out of our way to go and pick our parcel up. Bedkings is a great company but unfortunately was let down by delivery companies.
