"I read the reviews but still decided to give them a chance - i regret this…"

The delivery guys firstly tried to say there was no where to park so would not be able to deliver and build. Parked then looked at my spare bedroom which is large and said no, we haven’t got the room. I said I could move the bed, i was told they didn’t have the time! One of the delivery guys was really nice and he said lets give it a go. The other one then started arguing with him. I was trying to work and ignore this but it caused me no end of stress. They then unpacked it and two of the panels of the wardrobe where damaged. They took photos and said to let bedkings know and they would inform them about the damage. They built the wardrobe, one of the doors doesn’t shut, i have been in touch about the damage and heard nothing. Part of the argument revolved around there being a meeting where they had been told to try and actually build what people have paid them to build as they had a low % of actually delivering on this. I have to say one of the delivery guys was absolutely a super star.

This Company is the worst company I've have not received my bed and its been four weeks on Friday since I paid for the bed and there employee is verbally abusive and rude he won't let me speak to anybody except himself he will not get a manager to call me regarding me not receiving my bed. The man who answers the calls on behalf of the business behaves unprofessionally and is making the company look very trampy his conduct had I knew prior to buying the bed wouldn't ever had spent a penny on their company. I contact Trading Standards that's how bad their business operates. DON'T EVER!!!! BUY A BED FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY THAT RUNS OUT OF A BUSINESS UNIT A SOURCES THERE BEDS FROM CHEAP BED FACTORIES THAT DON'T DELIVER THE BEDS. The Owners, need to employe someone other than Customer service man to represent there company because he is poor representative for any business and they should listen to the calls and how he deals with the customers
