"Waited weeks getting fobbed off about…"

Waited weeks getting fobbed off about carriers and deliveries etc to be told can’t find a courier to take my order to Scotland....total and utter garbage! Would not recommend them to anyone....at least be honest if you can’t honour orders
Ordered same items from another company and it’s already been dispatched!

The drawers came with a broken piece they told me they sent it out again twice more but that is not the case so only got the wardrobe and 2 bedside tables I would avoid at all costs

They do not answer emails, delivered my table to the south, I live in the North. Still has not arrived after saying it will be here the next day. I will not be buying from them again.

It took 3 months for my product to arrive from date of order, I was never updated on my order so started worrying this company was a scam. There was hardly an apology for the delay and lack of customer support/service, if I had just been given an update once every few weeks then I would not have given a one star review. The company was also really odd with payment at the start which made me super uneasy about dealing with them. But at least the cabinet came and it is lovely

My shoe cabinet was simple to assemble, all footwear fit nicely in but the boots cannot fit, it prevent the door from closing because of the height. I put the boots at the top of the cabinet.
