I had super high hopes for this furniture. Upon opening everything seemed ok, as I built it, there were chips, holes were not where they were supposed to be to screw to secure and in some places where the screws were in the correct place, as I tightened, the wood just chipped away!! It’s in places that can be hidden thankfully but after paying over £300 I expected better quality. I’m 37 and have had bad experiences and companies always argue that ‘it was fine when packaged’ or they blame the customer during assembly ‘it must have been the tools you used’ so I have given up trying to complain as I never seem to get anywhere. They’re ok but won’t last long. Really disappointed

Item arrived damaged still waiting for replacement parts.
Company keeps in touch but if items were not put together in a warehouse they would have not get damaged in transport.
When buying product with an 100£ option to put together furniture customers are advised items will be put together at home but item arrived already put together and broken during transport.

"Poor Customer Service & Quality"

I was going to give a 3 star for the product, as they look nice but are not the best of quality. One of the wooden dowels went through the side of the wardrobe and has left us with a big whole at the side.

However, the service I have received since has been poor, with 2 ignored email's and no response since a phone call.

If I could go back in time, I would not order from Bed Kings, solely due to the poor customer service once purchased. I will not be recommending them.

I ordered a bed and for it to be assembled but when it got to me the driver said i had not paid for the bed to be assembled!
I was worried because i was sure i had paid
Anyhow they made a phone call and i was right i had paid for it to be assembled
The driver and his colleague were very nice and apologised for mistake snd assembled the bed for me

The cabinet ordered arrived within the week. It was missing a hinge and customer care immediately sent a replacement. The cabinet was easy to assemble, is well made and looks very nice.
