Ordered a shoe cabinet and was quoted 12week, was delivered in 6 weeks. Notified every step of the way. Very impressed with the service.

Bought a shoe cabinet and it has not arrived yet. Contacted customer service via email a couple of times with no success, as no one has got back in touch. Have contacted Bed Kings 3 times via phone, and I am always told that the shoe cabinet should have been delivered long ago and that they will find out what happened and get back to me. Again, no one gets back in touch and I still have no idea what happened to my order.

Wardrobe is nice. Happy with that. Not so pleased with the drawers, very small and wooden pegs pushed through the wood causing holes in the front. Maybe to be expected with the price so wouldn’t recommend.
