"Worse Telecom company "

Absolutely terrible. Do not get this!!! The seamless takeover from BT - I was left for a month with no internet. Unable to get any response or apology from OneBill. Broadband is forever switching off. Huge price hike after 3 months. Terrible customer service (call answered after 5 rings - I waited an hour and was then cut off) phone is ok. Probably the worst telecom company ever.

I have been with 2 year on business and offered me rate to match by and lied and increased my bill. Have over charged me alot. When ever u call to speck to the manager to complaint no passes u on or never gets back.....I hope it closed down soon...what goes around comes around u scam artist...

YOU AGREE TO A AGREED AMOUNT AND THEY INCREASE IT DUE TO HIDEN CHARGES AND AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT HIT YOU WITH HEAVY COSTS FOR HIDDEN CHARGES AGAIN!! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SHOUD BE STRUCK OFF FOR THEIR CONDUCT!!!!
