Going through things step by step made it very easy to navigate through all the different parts of setting up, there was a problem with one piece of equipment but it was quickly sorted out and rectified,10/15 minutes all sorted excellent work Eden you made it all very easy for me

I have recently transferred my contract from BT to Onebill Telecom and it did not go smoothly as advised by the persistent sales team.
I waited 2 days for the telephone line to be transferred, customers were trying to contact me and they were advised the phone line was out of service ! This is not acceptable for a business phone and effectively I have lost a lot of business over that 2 days.
My original BT telephone doesn't work and one week later I am still awaiting a replacement phone which I have to pay £75 for, meantime all calls are being transferred to my mobile number which is very inconvenient.
I would advise anyone thinking of transferring to this Company not to proceed as it has been very problematic.
