We were meant to join one bill on the 22nd of May 2024 we are on 2nd of July and they still have not been in touch in anyway what so ever. They clam to have rang me however my mobile shows no miss call and no messages. How come they are the only company that can not get through to me.
I have asked for our contract to be cancelled and Tey can't even do that, I feel they a drawing this out, but for what reason I have no idea, this is the only thing I can think of.
We are on call divertiti and get phone calls at all hours we have to carry our appointment book around with us in case we miss a call. There is to much to write down they are an absolute joke of a company.
