Easy friendly fix, all good apart from fairly long wait in Q, though while I’m here Onebill’s policy of not reminding their customers that their contract is due to expire, and that the cost will almost double, isn’t a great method of ensuring contract renewal. 0 stars for that part.

"New contract nightmare"
I renewed my contract with Onebill, switching to a digital phone service. The agreement I made with the retentions team has not been implemented and there were delays in setting up the service including downtime for my phone lines when I had to use a call divert system, which also subsequently failed. I was provided with incorrect handsets and had to wait for replacements. I was left to set myself instead of being contacted and helped through. I was sent a contract which had no resemblance to the terms I had agreed. I remain out of pocket having been overcharged on 3 sperate monthly bills.

Literally nothing is easy with this joke company. First of all they forgot to send Me a router. They never reply to emails (they claim their emails come back undelivered but the bills get through fine) I then got a letter to say they added some con Assurance charge on. If I don't want It I have to waste my valuable time ringing them up. I emailed them and told them to remove it and I will not pay a bill until they do. No reply of course. In end I had no choice but to waste 30 minutes of my time ringing them to cancel it. I'm now trying to make a payment online. Can't make a payment as apparently a payment is pending (it isn't ). What a surprise. I have no doubt that despite my now paying, my connection will not be restored untill I call them as this company is possibly the only company in the world these days that actually wants customers to call them. Over and over again.
