"These People are Monsters"
I cannot warn people enough to avoid these absolute monster at all costs. My partner brought my dog in to Village Vet in Milton because he was having trouble jumping on the bed and couch and just general weakness. The original vet said that he probably strained something and sent my partner home with an anti-inflamitory. No tests run and no blood drawn. This cost over 70 pounds. My partner called because our dog wasn't doing better, he was doing worse. They said let the medicine work. Took our dog in for emergency services even though they kept saying wait a week; they ran two blood tests - CBC and haemoglobin. This was 300 pounds. I requested the results and they have not provided them. They referred him out the Dick White Referrals for neurological emergency services specifically an MRI which Dick White refuses to do. All Dick Whites has done is repeat the tests already done by Village Vet and order a few more. They are not answering all of my questions and are refusing to do the service in which Village Vets actually referred for - an MRI. So I guess Village Vets didn't even check or communicate with them at all. We are currently attempting to get him referred to somewhere he will get an MRI and proper care because he is not at Dick Whites. If Village Vet tries to refer you to Dick White, please refuse as my dog's life is now at risk due to the negligence of both Village Vet and Dick White. My partner and I have called Village Vet Milton 3 times tonight to try and get the referral moved to a place that will actual do the MRI. The unprofessional receptionist on duty 27 June 2020, has answered the phone each time and acted as if we haven't put in this request 3 times. She constantly states that they are busy and says that she'll talk to the vet she refused to give her name and the vets name that she wanted to speak to. She hasn't and won't even make a note for herself to do so. This last call she said that I was waisting her time and hung up on me. I will be filing pet negligence against this location. Please, if you love your pet, do not take them to these absolute monsters.
Update: Without any assistance from Village Vet Milton, we did indeed move our dog to a specialist who is giving updates, answering our questions, and taking very good care of our boy. Village Vet reported this review and tried to get it taken down the night it was posted. No one answers my phone calls or emails yet they had time to try to report this review (which breaks absolutely no guidelines and why it is still up). That should tell you enough about this business. They should not be entrusted with the care of our animal.

"Avoid Village Vet Hampstead"
I have been calling this clinic every 2/3 days to try and get an appointment for a Travel Health Certificate for my dog since the start of June. Every time I was reassured there were enough appointments available but ask to wait for a couple of days to receive a call back to confirm the day (since the person doing this never seemed to be available). My last call was on Wednesday but, again, I had to chase today (Friday) and, to my surprise, I have been told there are no more appointments available until August: How?! (I am travelling at the end of July). Terribly disorganised, never spoke to the same person and they didn't seem to keep a record of the calls because I had to start over each time. If you appreciate good customer service AVOID IT.

"Village Vet Meldreth Cambridgeshire"
So many independent vets have been taken over by venture capital, with significant increases to charges. This is one poor example. Our dog was seen for 5 mins and the assistant had gone home. The vet struggled to examine and hold the dog at the same time. Gave up and referred us to its sister practice a few miles away. But of course charged the full consultation charge of £47.36. When questioned, was just rude. So we have taken our business elsewhere.

"Village Vet Highgate - Dr Sheldon Bunting - Professional clinic and love to animals!"
My dog is being treated and monitored by Dr Sheldon Bunting from Village Vet Highgate. I can say that we finally managed to treat and get under control 3-4y problem of my dog's ears that nobody couldn't do before. So for us it's an incredible relief! We've had a range of problems that Dr Bunting gradually came up with a treatment with and it's been a smooth process mainly thanks to the way the clinic works - all with kindness, help and love to animals!
All staff is very friendly, Lucky (my dog) is happy to go to the vet and always first to greet everyone there!
I would recommend if your pet needs consultation to visit Highgate office!

"Whittlesford vets -"
Whittlesford vets -
I have been incredibly impressed with the service and attention my cat received today
I have recently moved from a different local vet as the service there was unsatisfactory and not at all caring, I've found that the Village Vet here in Whittlesford is much better, my cat has been well looked after, they staff are obviously all animal lovers and were very friendly, everything was explained to me patiently so I know exactly how to administer my cats medicine
I am now transferring all my pets here! Yes it's pricey if you don't have insurance but lesson learned and I have now gotten insurance for all 3 of my cats :)

"Village Vet Berkhamstead / St.Albans"
Harriet at the Berkhamstead branch is the most amazing vet for exotics and small furries. She is compassionate, caring and a genuinely talented vet.
However I would only every recommend to use Harriet or Jude at the St.Albans branch as they treat your special pet with the care, respect and love they deserve. They understand how special your pet is and are compassionate towards the owners, in what are often difficult times. Well done fabulous ladies, the male vets have a lot to learn!

"I m so disappointed with the customers…"
I m so disappointed with the customers services by phone.
The Lady on the phone was very rude.
I just check up my cat two weeks ago and doctor was great and gave me antibiotics for my cats, which can be cover for 10 days. That supposed if I need more just need to get the prescription with them.
So, according to the instructions by the vet... I called the vet village in Harrow road ( near to Kensal Green). That started my nightmare, at the first call the said they will provide me the prescription and then they will let me know to collect it. After 1h a rude receptionist (whoever) called me and said that they cannot give the prescription because they need to check up my cat again.
So, fair enough, but I asked if i will be charged for that.. she said yes plus all the supplements that the cat will need.
I said it is not fair, because I know what she has already (it was cold). Which I don’t understand because she got the flu vaccination with them and it came back. Also l, I pay monthly £17 to be covered the check up routines.
I had an argument with the lady by phone and she was really rude saying me that I have to pay, to insist.
The way she talked it is like she doesn’t even care, they want to make money on you every single time.
Other day , I just need to get a lick lick cat food quick ( little sachets). She doesn’t even sell me, only by appointment ( which the vet doctor told me that I could get it any time at the clinic ). They do not make things easy.
I do not recommend this vet anymore to no one. At the end i cancelled my subscription ( waste money for nothing, because they will keep charging you for any check up’s). And the sachets which cost £3,79 over there, you can find on Sainsbury for £1, the same.
Such same about this clinic.
Bad really bad

"Avoid like the plaque."
I took my beloved dog to Village vets St Albans hoping for a great service. Never again. My dog is now petrified going to any vet because of his experience there. A vet attended to him. Dragged him in the vets. I could hear my dog yelping. When the vet fetched him out my dog was all wet and smelt of urine. The vet said he peed himself which he has never done before. I am still very upset with him. How he hasn't been discharged after all the complaints made against him I will never know. Avoid it like the plaque, seriously. All they want is your hard earned money to add to there £50,000 plus salary they get every year.
