Order took 9 days to arrive.
I uploaded a prescription from my vet that was acknowledged, but then received another several days later saying they were waiting for a prescription before they could approve the order.

Ordered prescription medication in plenty of time before I ran out, also attached prescription to my dogs profile. Was then asked to provide prescription - a week later - to then be delayed again as they wanted to know why I hadn't used it since issue date (which I had) this led to my dog running out of meds before new bottle arrived.
