I paid for express delivery and when bringing this to customer service they where very dismissive and defensive i didn't receive the prescription until almost 2 weeks later. When writing an email about this because what's important to me is my pet and making sure she gets things on time no one bothered to get back to me.

It's a shame that people only care about image and replying when people leave a bad review. When contact was made directly for support I was ignored.
