Usually the service is good but this time we had to wait 10 days before the insulin arrived. I realise that it was Christmas/ New year in between . Could it have been organised better, were more staff needed?
It says track your order on line but it just kept saying stock allocated so I had no idea when to expect delivery. Maybe the update could be improved with expected date of shipping so I knew whether to get some more from my vets. I didn’t want to be left with none at all and not knowing didn’t help!
