I am extremely dissatisfied with Animed due to the significant issues I’ve faced while trying to purchase Soliphen for my dog. Despite having a valid prescription from my vet, I was only able to place one order successfully. Since then, the medication has been consistently out of stock, creating a serious problem as this medication is vital for my dog’s health.

The stock issues have forced me to pay double, as I had to purchase a prescription from my vet specifically for Animed, only to later buy the medication directly from my vet when Animed failed to deliver. Each time I contacted Animed, I was given inaccurate or misleading information. I was told stock would be available the next day, which wasn’t true, and when I followed up, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and advised to purchase elsewhere.

Even now that Soliphen is back in stock, I am unable to order the quantity required by my prescription due to limitations imposed by Animed. This is unacceptable for a company providing controlled drugs for pets, where consistency and reliability are crucial.

I strongly advise against using Animed if your pet relies on controlled drugs. Their inability to accommodate prescriptions and unreliable stock availability have caused me stress, wasted money, and put my pet’s health at risk. Look elsewhere for your pet’s medication needs.

Order placed on 16th December wasn't shipped until January 2nd. Excuse given was Christmas holidays but a) I placed my order plenty before Christmas and b) this is the 2nd time the processing and shipping has been extremely delayed.
