The price was good, the item shipped fast, but the quality was not there. The design was cut off on the notepads I ordered and there were random splotches of white on the pages. The paper quality was also quite thin.

I was able to upload my own design super easy. Quality and color is perfect. I did the Letter Size Carbon copy paper and small book receipt carbon paper. Def be re-ordering.

"I tried using another printing company…"

I tried using another printing company for business cards and the images repeatedly came out dark. Then I placed my first order with printpps.com and they just arrived and look fantastic! I will use them again for my other printing jobs. I won't use that VistaP**** company. They printed them twice and still looked way too dark. Also printpps had glossy on both sides. The other company didn't offer that. I saved a few dollars, too.
As a side note - FEDEX had a delay in shipping. Not the fault of printpps, but they arrived 3 days later than expected because they sat in a FEDEX location for a few days.
