I thought Trustpilot may have picked up on it , but again my claim against you was not true , I am hoping Action Fraud [ Met Police] will help me sort it out.

I can't fault mirrorworld at all with its friendly, effiecient and helpful staff. I was also very satisfied with the mirror tiles.

I suggest they use a different carrier though as the one they use is an absolute nightmare and would stop me from ordering anything big again.

After several failed attempts to deliver, without giving notice, one of Mirrorworld's helpful staff discovered that it was because there is a barrier to the block of flat's car park. Instead of the carriers phoning or ringing the bell to tell me they had arrived they just didn't bother. Finally it was arranged for them to phone me so that I could open the barrier. When finally they came and I was there with the key to open the barrier they refused to drive into the car park incase they got locked in, even though I was there with the key. The result was that after several failed delivery attempts, I was left to carry the heavy packages across the car park to the building entrance. Heavy for me as a pensioner. I ask myself what was the point to all the rigmarole in the first place? Pure stuborness by the carrier.

First time with using Mirrorworld, and their website showed the possibility of ordering a mirror to our requirements, with ease.
The other thing which was important, was having the option of either having delivery by a general delivery company, or else by their own driver.
We opted for delivery with their driver to ensure safe and undamaged delivery, and we were informed as to when and also time of delivery.
The driver was very polite and waited while the mirror was inspected.
A first class service from ordering through to delivery.
