I had a super easy experience buying and doing local pick up all within 24 hrs. I love Rove Concepts, their quality is unmatched. When I spotted a $1k chair for $200, it was clear it was worth the risk to try. I’m SO glad I did, and I’m totally obsessed my chair. It is gorgeous and I saved $900! The chair was in perfect and flawless condition. I went over the chair with a fine tooth comb and there’s not a single blemish. Thank you so much, I’ll be back to shop more!

I found a really nice set of dining chairs in Austin, Texas. It was arranged for me to pick them up and the whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant. When I arrived, the Return Company representative was extremely nice and easy to work with. They kept me up to date with my order the entire time. This was my second time purchasing from them and I will definitely buy from them in the future.

So far their communication has been underwhelming. They are supposedly picking up a couch I’m returning but the person emailed me saying they’d call me one day and then I had to reach out only for them to say sorry can’t do it until next week but can’t schedule me?
If you have time next week why can’t you schedule me?
You’d think if they are going to re-sell the item that they’d want inventory.

No one answers the phone—they said they delivered in my city but my zip kept getting rejected. They had to authorize on their end- then they took payment and had me fill out a google form with my address and gate code and times I’m home.
