"What went wrong!!!"
What went wrong??? Everything! This company supposedly has nice products for 1/3 of the price.. im not sure about the positive reviews though.. they are probably paid !! I tried to buy 3 counter stools at a great price which i agreed to pick up. I traveled 1 hr to get the chairs! Once i got to the storage area i texted customer service as “the contact person” was not replying”! The company told me , it was cancelled due to flood warning.. !!??? What !!.. i travelled 1 hr to get these chairs.. i got the flood warning as well on my phone but it stated if i was to cancel i would get charged 200$ !! I drove and roads were clear! No warning or nothing about how “THEY” canceled last minute and roads were clear!!… ok… lets let it slide and not warn me me until i text that i am waiting.
They agreed they dropped the ball and would deliver my chairs the following Saturday for my “inconvenience “!!! Now Thursday rolls along, and they text me they can’t deliver Saturday.. Can i be available next Saturday?! Hahaha! Yes I’ve played this game before.. companies from China! These fake reviews and fake replies from the company apologizing is really distasteful! I would rather pay full price than to have to text, receive a reply, text again ect… its really surpising a company like this is still in buisiness! I would respect a “ hello we don’t know what were doing, please accept 10% off until we get proper management in place as they don’t have a clue about customer service” also they charge 79$ for you to pick up the merchandise!!!! Hello! This should have been my first clue!
I don’t want a reply… everytime you reply is fake!
Also, notice you can’t write a review on the company website!!
Stay clear from this company and look on Amazon, ebay, walmart or even facebook market place.. found the same chairs for 10$ more but without the fake “ we are sorry and we are sorry again!” Save yourself the headache

"Good Experience- But Delivery Cost Were Excessive"
Items I received were in perfect condition and matched the description presented online. I did take away 1 star for the delivery. Delivery took about 2 weeks and cost $150, which seems to be their flat rate, even though it was local and less than 20 miles from house. The cost of delivery was more than the cost of the items. I considered picking the items up myself, but that even cost $75.
Other than my issues with the delivery, I had a good experience.

Purchase went smooth. Very happy with chairs. Did an order pick up. Was charged $75 for an appointment time. Thought that was weird, but the discount on furniture was worth it. The chairs were in great condition and very happy with it!

Customer support is only available through messages however the company is legit and they keep you updated with all your queries. Got a great discount on rove furniture coffee table.

I also don't understand why bed items were sent to me without fittings. The company didn't believe they were missing my parts at first. I emailed them for three days before they replied and I did miss an important beam in the middle. They forgot to mark the absence of the accessory when they recycled it. Isn't that a scam? The bed cannot function properly without this beam. They found a screenshot of a Twinsize accessory on Amazon and gave it to me. My bed is kingsize. No one at the company checked to see if accessories were missing? And instead of actively helping me contact the bed company to find the parts, they gave me $150 to get rid of. I'm exhausted from all this stuff. I needed to find my own accessories and re-call the movers to help me up the stairs. It took me a lot of time and cost me a lot more than $150 in expenses close to a thousand. The employee told me that all follow-up questions had nothing to do with the company. Yeah, but none of this is my fault. I'm not in New York, but I already have people staying at my house. I wouldn't let a friend sleep on the floor, would I? I can't believe they made me wait until I got back to New York to move up so I didn't have to hire a moving company. None of this is my fault. People in the company respond to emails very, very slowly.
