"Poor system reliability, poor apologies poor action! moving to new system"
Been a customer since 2020, but the last 18 months has been a nightmare. The system has been experiencing frequent outages, making it impossible for me to rely on it for managing and updating my stock. As a result, I’m facing overselling issues, frustrated customers, and the very real risk of losing my Amazon Prime badge.
On top of that, the system frequently overloads stock levels, forcing me to issue refunds to customers. This not only damages my reputation but also negatively impacts my seller metrics within Amazon, which could have long-term consequences for my business.
During the busy Christmas season, the stock management system was down for a full two weeks, causing significant disruptions. Now, the entire site is once again completely inaccessible. At this point, I have lost confidence in their ability to provide a stable and reliable service. It’s clear that I need to start exploring alternative solutions.

Been with CG for at least 8 years and their service has gone down hill. Claire was brilliant with onboarding but then it was like i was dead to them. As i type their system has been down for the last 2 days and they are blaming their 3rd parties for the system not working. This seems to be a regular occurrence. I have 5 ebay shops, 3 shopify and 3 Etsy and i am having to go in manually and do shipping etc. This has cost me dearly in time and reputation as well as completely made me lose track of my stock inventory. I would avoid these cowboys like the plague.

As of autumn 2024 ChannelGrabber has started suffering constant server and technical issues which crash their website completely, sometimes for days, which is totally unacceptable for a service that you have to rely on 100% to work at all times. The system is down again at the time of this message, the 4th time in 3 months. The servers have been down since Wednesday (3 days), destabilising all our stock levels so people are buying things we haven't had in stock for months, forcing us to find manual shipping solutions and resulting in dozens of late strikes from impatient buyers who don't care about the problems we are having because ChannelGrabber can't do it's job. They fob you off with standardised replies and stock messages. Completely unacceptable - we intend to jump ship as soon as humanly possible. This company is going to crash and burn soon if they carry on in this way.

"Been with them for over 10 years"
Been with them for over 10 years. They were great back then but have been bought out twice and the system just keeps crashing. Technical support has been outsourced and for £600 a month just go an use Click & Drop for free. We have had a full day of no CG. There has been no email, there will be no compensation oh and they put their prices up last year which is laughable. Seriously save you money and don't bother with them.

"Major Outages Frequent"
When it works, it works fine but major outages are very common now which include entire loss of services. In the weeks before Christmas they had a couple of week where zero stock management was working and i am currently sat here with the whole system not working meaning my important Seller Fulfilled Prime orders are not coming in or stock being managed. Time to look for alternatives as Channel Grabber are becoming impossible to trust.

Installed to Woo as in the documentation, just didn't work and the customer service didn't seem bothered about helping despite us trying our hardest to work with them

"Support and features don’t work then they chase for cancellation charge"
We have been a CG customer for several years. Recently they announced they were discontinuing the CG classic. This involved stopping all stock management with Amazon. We were requested to go onto their new system - after many many weeks of requesting a demo they finally showed us. The new software does not have a listing feature - the main draw to CG years ago. They also require a £500 porting / move over service - and after 1 year the price is £65 over the classic. We have since moved to Selro - it has all the features we signed up for originally with CG. Now Channelgrabber are chasing us to pay for an extra months cancellation notice - even though it is CG who have discontinued all support for the software we were using, along with removing the stock management for Amazon (75% of our sales). Also the software does not load for circa 1minute. Very disappointing - am certainly a way to ruin your existing customer base. The sales rep Vinnie also got annoyed with us when we expressed concern over the lack of the original listing feature - especially when we said we were looking elsewhere
