I love my beautiful yellow gold Garnet Leverback earrings. They are so gorgeous. The garnet is a bright red which is what I wanted and I love the bezel setting. The earrings are a perfect size for me which I was worried about as one reviewer had wished they were larger. I do not find them small at all. Am so glad I ordered them. Ross-Simons has beautiful garnets.

I love the monogrammed bracelet that my husband bought me for Valentine’s Day, however I was taken aback a little by all of the scuff marks on the heart charm. I expected a little better quality for what he paid for the bracelet. The bracelet itself is very pretty and well made, it’s just the charm I have a problem with.

"Misleading Pictures Online"

I liked that I received the earrings in a timely manner. However, I informed Ross Simons' customer service that I was disappointed that they were not a tightly closing design as I thought the several online pictures indicated. The video showed that they were an open design, so it's my fault that I missed it. I said I would keep the earrings but recommended that pictures be truly representative of products. I assumed that Ross Simons would at least reply; this has not happened.
I just heard from Ross Simons, appreciate and understand their response. However, please note that ALL the pictures, including the one with the model, showed tightly closed earrings. Only the video, that I neglected to watch till after I received the earrings and went back to the product site, showed an open design. Lesson learned- carefully view pictures as well as videos before purchasing anything.
